Why do some people smoke and drink all their lives, but their health is still so good?
Fatty liver does not drink alcohol, and lung cancer does not smoke. Those who should come can't hide, and those who shouldn't come can't be invited Life and death are determined by fate, wealth is in the sky, and it will never change.

It varies from person to person. /kloc-started smoking at the age of 0/6,/kloc-started drinking at the age of 0/8. I have been smoking for more than 60 years and I am in good health. For more than 80 years, I have never been to a hospital, and I have never felt uncomfortable there. People say that smoking and drinking affect health, but I don't think so. My understanding is that these people are physically adapted to these things and do not exclude them. The human body is like a small chemical plant, with a very fine division of labor and a variety of products, which cannot be generalized. I smoke and drink for decades without affecting my health, and you may not. I advise the world to choose their own advantages and do what suits them.

Good attitude, everything is fine! Eat in moderation and be healthy. Take root at the grassroots level and live a long life.

Seeing this problem, I really want to talk about my own views. First of all, I don't know whether this question is based on any facts or out of any psychology. Is the questioner really a drug addict, trying to find an excuse for his smoking and drinking, so that everyone can prove that people can still live a long life by smoking and drinking all their lives?

Then I will prove it to you. I have a healthy and strong colleague. Later, due to divorce, the child was given to the woman. Since then, this person seems to be a different person. People who don't drink much drink day and night, three and a half bottles of white wine a day. Once I met him at a wedding, and he told me, look, brother, my hands are shaking. It's his first time to go in.

And two very good brothers. One is the pillar of the unit in their thirties. He socializes in the office every day, then plunges into the ground and never wakes up. He's fine! There is another person who grows up together several times every night, and finally turns into cirrhosis, and the liver is impetuous and unconscious, leaving his wife and children to go there with their own worries!

The most typical example is my unit. Everyone loves to drink and often drinks. They all do manual work. They are as strong as cattle. There were twenty people in the unit at that time. Now some people have cerebral hemorrhage on the stent, and some people have cirrhosis and their hearts are failing. Some people play black boys. They are all people in their fifties. They couldn't find the same energy as drinking before!

I don't know how many examples I have around me, but I am in good health. If I hadn't been laid off, I would have pulled back from the brink in time. Now my blood lipid and blood pressure are abnormal, and my parents are normal in their eighties.

How many examples do you want us to tell that people who smoke and drink every day are still healthy and live a long life? Maybe there are some in this world, and I've heard of them, but all the people are legends. Anyway, there are not many old people who have seen people over 80 drinking and smoking.

Wake up, human organs are a little different, but only lucky people will encounter them. Some people are not sensitive to the stimulation of alcohol and tobacco, and there is nothing wrong with drinking for a lifetime, but it is not suitable for everyone. For family, health and children, don't make excuses for your irresponsibility. I don't know if you can live long, but I know if you can shorten your life!

Lung cancer is not necessarily a smoker, AIDS is not necessarily a prostitute, and the length of life depends on genetics and a good attitude.

A person's life may be doomed. My husband doesn't drink or smoke. He has time after supper. He likes walking and drinking tea. He is more responsible for his work and family and likes to recite ancient poems when he has time. He said: after he retired to the second line, he asked his sons to do a good job, and his younger grandson had him to teach junior high school. He is good at math in the college entrance examination. Such a nice person caught a bad cold, wanted to collect the loan interest at the end of the month and then went to see a doctor, and finally fell down. So, maybe good living habits don't necessarily mean long life. Life and eight characters have been doomed to life and death!

Mainly because the body has adapted.

Longevity can be achieved mainly from two aspects.

1, good attitude.

2. Exercise.

Everything has two sides, but nothing can go to extremes, and moderation is better. Smoking is not good, but it can calm anxiety and relieve some people's depression. For example, when you are upset, you can calm down and smoke. Don't spray me, this is just my own personal experience.

It shows that people are born with longevity genes. For example, some people smoke and drink all their lives and still live to be 80 years old. Some people don't smoke or drink, but they have lung cancer. Say you can definitely accept it?
