The Analects of Confucius and the Rural Party emphasizes that food must be clean and hygienic to prevent diseases from entering the mouth, and puts forward "eight noes": don't eat rotten meat and fish; Don't eat food with ugly color or bad smell; Don't eat food that is lost or badly cut in cooking; Don't eat before the prescribed meal time; Wine and dried meat bought from the market cannot be eaten directly; Where the meat has been sacrificed, if its shelf life exceeds three days, it shall not be eaten; You can't eat more meat than grains and vegetables every time you eat; Although there is no limit to drinking, it is forbidden to get drunk. Confucius likes ginger very much, not every meal. Ginger is an excellent health food, so there is a folk saying that "ginger is not fragrant in rice", and there is also a proverb that "radish is eaten in winter and ginger is eaten in summer without a doctor's prescription".
Second, the three precepts
"The Analects of Confucius Ji Shi" records that Confucius put forward: "A gentleman has three precepts: when he is young, his blood gas is uncertain, and he should be careful; It is also strong and bloody, and it is fighting; I am also old, my blood gas is declining, and I have to quit. " It is pointed out that people should adopt different health preserving methods according to the physical characteristics of different periods, that is, different ages and different physiological and psychological characteristics: in adolescence, attention should be paid to not marrying early and having too much sex life; In the prime of my life, I am strong, strong and tempered. You should avoid fighting with others so as not to hurt others. When you are old and weak, you should look down on fame and fortune and stop pursuing anything deliberately. In contrast to Confucius' "Three Commandments", we should remind the elderly, especially those who are about to retire, that they must guard their last day and prevent the so-called "59-year-old phenomenon" from happening before retirement, otherwise it will be corruption and imprisonment. What medical insurance is there?
Third, make friends with gains and losses.
Confucius pointed out in The Analects of Confucius Ji Shi that it is very beneficial to make friends with frank, honest and knowledgeable people. It is harmful to make friends with people who are good at flattery, meekness and flattery, and please others with sweet words. You must make friends carefully. If you make friends who are respected and knowledgeable, you can get help and improvement, which is also beneficial to health care. If you make bad friends with poor quality, you may go astray or even commit crimes, which will seriously damage your physical and mental health.
Fourth, forget to eat when you are angry, forget to worry when you are happy, and don't know that old age is coming.
According to the Analects of Confucius, Luz (a student of Confucius) was asked about the old Confucius, but Luz didn't answer. Confucius said, why don't you answer? You can answer like this: "He is a man who forgets to eat in anger, forgets to worry in joy, and doesn't know that old age is coming." This means that Confucius often studies hard and forgets to eat and sleep. He lived happily all day and forgot his troubles. He is so young that he doesn't even feel that he has begun to enter old age. Confucius also said: "Eating coarse grains and vegetable rice, drinking clean water and leaning your head on your bent arm also have a lot of happiness in this kind of daily life." Those who don't pay attention to moral standards are like floating clouds to me. "
Confucius lived in the Spring and Autumn Period, and his average life expectancy was very low, but it was not easy for him to live to seventy. There are many reasons for Confucius' longevity, but the most important one is that he did not worship Li Rong and kept an optimistic attitude towards life for a long time.
