How to recuperate spleen and stomach deficiency and cold deficiency and fire
How do people with spleen and stomach deficiency, cold, yin deficiency and fire flourishing keep in good health? Deficiency of cold in spleen and stomach and hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency are the diagnosis of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, which is mainly based on TCM methods. It is suggested to nourish yin and clear heat. At the same time, we should also adjust our mentality and maintain emotional stability and calmness. The symptoms of people with yin deficiency and fire are often aggravated in dry and hot summer. The following therapeutic prescriptions for nourishing yin and regulating spleen and stomach are recommended: (1) Rehmannia glutinosa porridge: Rehmannia glutinosa juice 150ml (or Rehmannia glutinosa decoction 150ml) and rice 100g.
