The party's organization consists of three parts: central organization, local organization and grass-roots organization, which is a complete organizational system. The central organization of the Party refers to the National Congress of the Party and its elected Central Committee and Central Commission for Discipline Inspection; The Political Bureau of the Central Committee and Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee were elected by the plenary session of the Central Committee; The Secretariat of the Central Committee was nominated by Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and adopted by the plenary session of the Central Committee; The Central Military Commission is decided by the Central Committee. Local party organizations refer to the party's congresses and committees of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities divided into districts, autonomous prefectures and counties (flags), autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts, as well as the discipline inspection committees elected by the party's congresses. The party's grass-roots organizations include grass-roots committees, general branch committees and branch committees. It was established with the approval of higher party organizations according to the needs of work and the number of people in party member. Party constitution stipulates that enterprises, rural areas, government agencies, schools, scientific research institutes, streets, PLA companies and other grass-roots units, where the number of people in party member is more than three, should establish the party's grass-roots organizations.
