Martial arts family, three generations of famous teachers

Professor Li Deyin was born in 1938 in a rural family in central Hebei. Grandpa lost his father when he was young and was the only son of the Li family. His mother, fearing that he would die young, sent him to learn martial arts from an early age, only to make the Li family embark on the road of abandoning agriculture and joining martial arts. He studied under famous teachers, successively worshiped Hao En's optical Shaolin Boxing and Xingyiquan, worshipped Sun Lutang's Sun-style Tai Ji Chuan and Bagua Palm, and worshipped Li Xue's Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan and Wudang Sword. He used to be the curator of Shanghai Suntech Wushu Museum, the president of Shandong Wushu Museum and the president of Harbin Tai Ji Chuan Society. Known as the "pioneer of Taiji Chuan" in Northeast China.

Father Li Tianchi embarked on the road of combining martial arts with medicine. He used Tai Ji Chuan, Qigong and massage to treat patients and became a famous doctor in Harbin Medical University.

Uncle Li Tianji graduated from Shandong Wushu Museum and studied under his father, famous teachers Sun Lutang and Li. He used to be a director of Harbin Wushu Federation, a lecturer at Polytechnic University, and the first head coach of China Wushu Team, and was named "Top Ten Wushu Teachers in China". The first batch of nationally unified martial arts textbooks, such as Twenty-four Style Tai Ji Chuan and Thirty-two Style Taiji Sword, edited by him, are widely circulated all over the world.

Li Deyin received family education in his early years and began to practice martial arts under the strict supervision of his grandfather at the age of eight. Since elementary school, grandpa has set a rule for him, that is, "practicing calligraphy during the day and practicing martial arts at night", and insisting on practicing martial arts every day when he comes home from school. Starting from the most basic three-body posture Tai Chi, practice one trick and one style until Grandpa thinks it is satisfactory. In this way, "summer is three volts, winter is three nine", a practice is twelve years, laying a solid foundation for martial arts.

From 65438 to 0957, Li Deyin passed the major of industrial economic management in Renmin University of China with excellent results, which is a famous university in China. His original ideal was to become an excellent economist after graduation, but his sports talent attracted the attention of the school. At school, he is an excellent sprinter, hurdler and motorcyclist. On behalf of the school, he won the champion of Tai Ji Chuan Competition for Peking University students. By his side, a large number of martial arts lovers were inspired, and Artest set off heat transfer on campus. The school decided to add physical education class and Tai Ji Chuan, and hired him to stay as a PE teacher after graduation. Grandpa, dad and uncle encouraged him to inherit the family business and be the third generation of martial arts descendants in the family. In this context, Li Deyin finally embarked on a martial arts career.

Let Tai Ji Chuan walk into the university classroom and into thousands of families.

Tai Ji Chuan is an ancient national sports event in China, but it has been neglected for a long time in the university campus. Many schools think that "mysterious and difficult to learn" and "Jianghu sports" are not suitable for college students to refuse to be included in teaching. On the other hand, Li Deyin thinks that Tai Ji Chuan is not only a treasure of China traditional culture, but also a safe and effective means of fitness in modern life. Being a college student who doesn't know martial arts and Tai Ji Chuan in China is a mistake of China's physical education and a regret of national culture. With the support of the school, he listed the simplification of Tai Ji Chuan as a compulsory course for students' physical education, so that college students can begin to accept relaxed and happy study in Tai Ji Chuan from the first year of school. At the same time, sports activities centered on "boxing, doing exercises and running" were carried out after class. Dancing with Tai Chi music every morning and between classes has become a popular content of college students' campus life. Two years later, his student Wushu team won 13 gold medals and team championship in Peking University Wushu Competition.

After school, Li Deyin is also keen on social activities. From 65438 to 0975, he served as vice chairman of Beijing Wushu Association and director of Beijing Tai Ji Chuan. Under the leadership of the Municipal Sports Federation, he and his martial arts colleagues set up 200 Tai Ji Chuan tutoring stations and trained thousands of Tai Ji Chuan counselors. China has a fitness tradition of "smelling chickens and dancing" since ancient times. Every morning, these counselors are distributed in various parks and squares to guide the masses to practice Tai Ji Chuan and send health and warmth to thousands of families in the tense life of modern cities.

In order to effectively promote the development of Tai Ji Chuan, he invited composers to compose the music of Tai Ji Chuan and Taiji Sword, compile various teaching materials, and carry out TV teaching and exchange evaluation activities in Tai Ji Chuan.

Li Deyin has made great efforts to popularize Tai Ji Chuan, and has volunteered to guide it for ten years. His teaching is simple, vivid, enthusiastic and patient. He has been rated as an excellent counselor in Tai Ji Chuan for ten years in a row, and the majority of Tai Ji Chuan fans call him "the counselor's counselor". Not long ago, 10,000 Tai Ji Chuan fans in Beijing held a large-scale performance of "24-style Tai Ji Chuan" in Tiananmen Square. Everyone came from all directions, cooperated with each other tacitly, and acted gracefully and consistently. They showed their elegance to the whole country through TV broadcasting.

Let the ancient Tai Ji Chuan benefit the present and spread to the world.

China Tai Ji Chuan has a long history and is rooted in the people. In order to explore the true nature of Tai Ji Chuan, Li Deyin visited Shaolin Temple several times, and Wudang Mountain asked the master and Taoist for advice. In order to have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of Tai Ji Chuan, he humbly learned from the older generation of martial artists, Li Jingwu, Chen Tai Ji Chuan, Xu Zhiyi, Tai Ji Chuan, Sun Jianyun, Sun Tai Tai Ji Chuan and Hao Jiajun, and constantly enriched himself. On the basis of learning and inheriting the tradition, he compiled and published Yang Tai Taiji Sword and Wudang Taiji Sword, and compiled the second set of Tai Ji Chuan teaching materials-Forty-eight Tai Ji Chuan. In compiling and teaching guidance, he not only kept the traditional characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan, but also grasped the needs of modern life, helping the masses to learn more scientifically and conveniently. For example, he found it difficult for many people to master the breathing in boxing, so he carefully studied Tai Ji Chuan's luck essentials and summed up a set of rules combining movements and strength changes. Boxing breathing, free breathing and adjustable breathing were used alternately to help some people overcome the phenomenon of holding their breath and floating. For another example, in view of the fact that most beginners are short of time and difficult to remember and learn, he compiled a decomposition teaching password and adopted a teaching method combining action decomposition with coherence. In view of the characteristics of young people's good memory and quick pursuit, he has strict requirements on basic skills and specifications. He gives priority to encouraging the elderly who are in poor health, builds up their confidence and courage, pays attention to the fitness effect and treats them differently. For some people who are influenced by the opinions of the portal and the preaching of rivers and lakes, he carries out martial arts education and scientific analysis to get rid of their psychology of being competitive, arrogant and superstitious. He devoted his love to every student, and took teaching Tai Ji Chuan well to benefit the public as his bounden duty and social reward.

In order to let more international friends know and learn from China Tai Ji Chuan, he and several teachers started Artest Tai Ji Chuan class at Beijing International Club from 1975. Participants included officials of the Chinese embassy, experts, businessmen and their families. In more than two years, more than 600 people from more than 50 countries participated in the training. The Malagasy ambassador to China praised the cultural connotation of Tai Ji Chuan. He said, "Historically, litchi from China was introduced to China and became a favorite fruit of the people. Today, I want to take Tai Ji Chuan back and make it a favorite sport of our people. " . The wife of former US President George W. Bush also attended this course when she was in Beijing. At the graduation ceremony, she was happy to give a speech on behalf of American students. However, no one found that Li Deyin accidentally broke his ankle on the road at this time. He endured the severe pain and insisted on attending the graduation ceremony of the students. Until the students left and were soaked with sweat, he invited a doctor for dressing treatment.

198 1 year, Li Deyin was sent to Tokyo to teach Tai Ji Chuan, and forged a deep friendship with Japanese Tai Ji Chuan lovers. In the past 20 years, he has lectured in Japan almost every year and learned from him, from the Japanese Prime Minister, parliamentarians, the Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party, to ordinary people and young students, with nearly 10,000 person-times, becoming a household name among Tai Ji Chuan lovers in Japan. An 83-year-old woman took his hand and thanked me and said, "China Tai Ji Chuan cured my encephalomalacia and made me stand up again. I will try to practice a set of 88-style Tai Ji Chuan in Tiananmen Square at the age of 88. " When Japanese Prime Minister Suzuki visited China before 1982, he specially invited Li Deyin and other teachers to play boxing in his hotel, which became important news in the newspapers of both countries. At the opening ceremony of 1990 Asian Games, Li Deyin personally conducted a joint performance of 1500 Chinese, Japanese and Tai Ji Chuan fans, which was the first of its kind in Tai Ji Chuan.

Besides Japan, Li Deyin has taught boxing in Britain, the United States, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and Macau for many times. He Houhua, the current Chief Executive of Macau, presented him with a silver plate at the farewell banquet and said to him, "Welcome to Macau again and help us improve the level of Tai Ji Chuan".

Let Tai Ji Chuan sports connect with modern sports.

Li Deyin was one of the first people to win the title of international Wushu referee, and his certificate was 002. For many years, he has been a member of the referee Committee of the Chinese Wushu Association. In order to improve the Tai Ji Chuan competition and make it a modern sports competition, he participated in the revision of the rules of Tai Ji Chuan and Wushu competition for many times, and insisted on clear evaluation criteria and scientific scoring methods. He thinks that competitive Tai Ji Chuan must be different from fitness Tai Ji Chuan. The former should be treated equally before the rules, everyone should be equal, and the same scale should be implemented. The latter should admit the difference in the face of fitness effect, which varies from person to person and cannot be forced to be uniform. Traditional Tai Ji Chuan is limited by historical reasons, resulting in regional and genre differences and different standards. As a competitive Tai Ji Chuan, it is necessary to find out the situation of * * * in Tai Ji Chuan, set the quantitative standard of * * *, and establish the comparability of the competition, so as to promote the standardization, modernization and internationalization of the competition in Tai Ji Chuan. The design and acceptance of the 42-type Tai Ji Chuan competition routine in international competitions proves that Li Deyin's martial arts viewpoint and efforts have been widely recognized.

In the international referee training class, he was hired as a lecturer for many times, and repeatedly explained the rules and referee methods to the students, so that everyone mastered the basic essentials and standards of Tai Ji Chuan and trained a large number of martial arts talents for various countries, many of whom became the backbone of Tai Ji Chuan.

When he was the referee of Wushu competitions in the Asian Games and the National Games, he repeatedly stressed that referees should enforce the law fairly, regardless of the points of care, human feelings and impressions, and insisted on putting an end to seniority and all unhealthy tendencies in Wushu competitions. Li Deyin's noble character and behavior made him awarded the title of excellent referee by the state for many times.

In order to continuously improve the sports level of Tai Ji Chuan, Li Deyin has given enthusiastic guidance and strict training to young athletes. China's outstanding athletes Su Zifang, Gao, Chen,,, Zou and others have won Tai Ji Chuan championships in national and world competitions for many times, and they have been guided and trained by him during their growth. Japanese athlete Kuko Morita, from an ordinary housewife and Tai Ji Chuan lover, became the Tai Ji Chuan champion of Japanese and Asian Wushu competitions through years of training in Li Deyin and my own efforts, which fully proved his training level and charm. I have been fortunate enough to receive the guidance of Teacher Li many times in the United States and China. He can point out everyone's shortcomings and make efforts to demonstrate and explain the technical essentials hand in hand, which makes people feel that "Wen Jun's words are better than ten years' study". Although my back aches and my legs ache during training, under the guidance of Teacher Li, my direction is clear, my understanding is improved and I am full of confidence in the future. Teacher Li deserves to be a professor-level master of Tai Ji Chuan.

Create a new routine

In order to deepen the Tai Ji Chuan movement, the State Sports Commission organized and compiled 1976 48 Tai Ji Chuan routine and 1989 42 Tai Ji Chuan international competition routine. Li Deyin is one of the editors of these two programs.

1990 During the Asian Games, Wushu became an international competition for the first time, and Li Deyin, as the referee of the Tai Ji Chuan competition, successfully completed his task.

The boxing frame needs to cooperate with the pusher.

Li Deyin is most concerned about the further development of the Tai Ji Chuan Movement. He said that some schools have not yet launched the Tai Ji Chuan Campaign, and some areas only regard Tai Ji Chuan as the health care for the elderly, which need to be improved. More importantly, Tai Chi tuishou, as an important aspect of Tai Ji Chuan sports, needs to be valued and popularized. Tai Ji Chuan is not only a medical sport, but also a martial art. Tai Chi tuina, which pays attention to listening, guides the situation according to the situation and combines rigidity with softness, has a special effect on training sensitive reaction ability. Only when Tai Ji Chuan Rack and Pusher practice together and develop harmoniously can we really improve the level of Tai Ji Chuan sports.
