Second, the recruitment conditions

(A) the basic requirements for recruiters

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

(2) Conditions for giving priority to hiring personnel

1. Survivors of martyrs, soldiers who died in the line of duty and people's police;

2. Retired soldiers and rescuers who have withdrawn from the national comprehensive fire rescue team;

3. Persons who have won the title of courageous or heroic model;

4 people's police or political and legal college graduates;

5. Other preferential employment situations stipulated by the state and Jiangxi Province.

The qualification conditions for those who meet the priority employment conditions to participate in the recruitment of active auxiliary police can be relaxed to high school (technical secondary school) education. Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(2) written examination

1. Written test content: The written test content "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" is conducted in a closed book way, with a score of 100.

The written test does not specify reference books, nor does it organize or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.

2. Time and place of written test: 9:00- 10:30 on March 25th, 2023. See the written test admission ticket for the specific location and requirements.

3. Written test results and candidates' publicity: After the written test, the first batch of candidates who intend to enter the exam are determined in the order from high score to low score (the recruitment plan is based on the ratio of 5 or less positions 1:3, and the ratio of 6- 10 positions 1:2.5).

After the announcement of qualification examination, candidates can log on to Jiujiang Talent Network to check their written test scores.

4. The passing score of the written test (that is, the lowest score that candidates can enter the next link according to the written test results) is not less than 40 points.

Those whose written test scores are lower than the written test scores are unqualified, and those who intend to enter the interview will be disqualified from entering the qualification examination.

(3) On-site qualification examination

This recruitment adopts an honest registration system, and qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. The information and related materials submitted by the applicant must be true, accurate, complete and effective.

(4) Physical fitness test

1. Candidates who have passed the on-site qualification examination take the physical fitness test.

The service auxiliary police shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional). The specific subjects are "10 m× 4" round-trip running, 1000 m (male) /800 m (female) running, and vertical jump touching the height; The civilian auxiliary police adopt the mode of "three choices and two choices" for the service auxiliary police subjects.

Physical fitness test adopts standard system. See Annex 3 for the physical fitness test standard.

2. Candidates should voluntarily participate in physical fitness tests or prepare for training in advance according to their personal physical condition. If you are in poor health and can't attend, you should take the initiative to give up the exam.

3. Candidates who pass the physical fitness test can enter the follow-up interview. Vacancies due to unqualified physical fitness tests, voluntary abandonment of candidates and other reasons will not be filled.

4. Physical fitness test time and related matters will be notified separately.

(5) Interview

1. Those who pass the physical fitness test will attend the interview.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly examines the applicant's comprehensive analysis ability, emergency response ability and other abilities to adapt to the post.

2. When there are two or more examination rooms in the same position, in order to strive for the fairness of candidates' interview results, the "correction coefficient method" is adopted to make corrections. The calculation formula is: the final score of each candidate's interview score = the examiner's score in the interview room × the correction factor (the average interview score of all candidates in this position ÷ the average score of candidates in this interview room).

The correction coefficient of the examination room should be kept at seven decimal places, and the eighth place should be rounded off. When calculating the average score in the formula, the abnormal values (abnormally high and abnormally low scores) should be excluded first, and then the highest score 1 and the lowest score 1 should be excluded.

Therefore, the results announced at the interview site are only the examiner's scores, not the final score of the interview.

The result after correction with the correction coefficient is the interview result of the candidate.

3. The effective score of the interview score is 70 points. Those who are lower than the effective interview score are unqualified in the interview, and all physical examination qualifications are cancelled.

4. The interview time will be notified separately.

5. Calculation method of total test score: total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%, all scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

(6) Physical examination

According to the recruitment plan, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the total scores of candidates from high to low. If the final total score is the same, choose the one with the highest interview score.

The civilian auxiliary police shall meet the medical examination standards of civil servants and refer to the General Standards for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (see Annex 4); On-the-job auxiliary police shall meet the physical examination standards of the employed people's police, and refer to the Special Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Annex 5).

If you have any objection to the physical examination, you can put forward a re-examination within one week.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination or voluntary abandonment of candidates, it will be filled from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1.

(7) Political review and investigation

Those who pass the medical examination participate in the political examination.

According to the Regulations on Police Auxiliary Personnel of Jiangxi Public Security Organs and referring to the relevant provisions on political review of the people's police, the candidates were politically reviewed.

It mainly examines candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, work or study performance and personal files.

Vacancies caused by unqualified political examination shall be filled from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1.

(8) Publicity

Those who pass the political examination and inspection are determined to be candidates. After reporting to the Jiujiang Public Security Bureau for examination and approval, it will be publicized to the public for 5 working days on Jiujiang Talent Online and accept social supervision.

During the publicity period, clues affecting employment are received, and if they are true after investigation, they will not be employed.

(9) Pre-job training and signing labor contracts

After publicity, those who meet the employment conditions shall go through the employment procedures according to law and sign a labor contract with a term of five years and a probation period of six months.

During the probation period, the Municipal Public Security Bureau will organize pre-job training, and those who fail to pass the examination after training will be regarded as the first paragraph of Article 39 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the labor contract relationship will be terminated according to law.

(10) Employment and treatment

The probation salary is about 2400 yuan per person per month (including "five insurances and one gold" paid by individuals). After formal employment, the salary will be managed at different levels and adjusted dynamically, and those with technical expertise will enjoy technical post allowance.
