Multilayer board, as its name implies, is a board made of laminated board. Each layer is a thin veneer of rotary cutting wood, so from this point of view, this is the board closest to the log. However, the arrangement of each layer of plates is different, which leads to some differences in the properties of finished plates. According to the different properties of the board, there are several commonly used names: ordinary multilayer board, LVL board and LVB board. To put it simply, the common multi-layer board belongs to the "cross structure", and the arrangement mode of this kind of sheet is continuous in one horizontal direction and one vertical direction, and the flatness of the formed board is relatively good, but the thickness of the surface veneer is generally thin, and there are many stubbles in the cross section of the board, which is not conducive to processing and affects the appearance; Laminated veneer lumber is a longitudinal structural mechanism. This kind of plate is characterized by good surface finish and no burr, but the stress and deformation are too great. LVB board is a new type of board which combines the advantages of two kinds of boards, and basically solves the problems of surface smoothness, stubble and deformation. It is the most suitable plate for the whole cabinet.
Multilayer boards are generally used in the following processes when making cabinets.
1. After the surface of the multilayer board is pasted with melamine impregnated paper, PVC edge sealing is carried out. All other processing techniques are the same as melamine board;
2. Stick the solid wood veneer on the surface of the multilayer board, seal the edge of the veneer and spray it. Other processes are the same as melamine board;
3. The surface of the multilayer board is coated with solid wood veneer without edge sealing, and other processes are the same as melamine board;
The first method is usually used for LVL board; The second method is often used for ordinary plywood; The third method is often used for LVB paperboard.

In addition, there are some plates on the market, such as glued laminated timber and blockboard. Of course, foam board, waterproof board, bridge mechanical board, ecological board and other boards are called "non-mainstream" with a fashionable word, so I don't need to go into details. Plywood: The advantage is that it is infinitely close to the log, but the disadvantage is that the splicing board of Plywood often uses materials of different tree species and the same age, which leads to different parameters of the board and deformation and cracking.
Blockboard: The advantage is that it is close to solid wood, which is accepted by the public. The disadvantage is that a few manufacturers can make hollow boards, and there are gaps in the splicing of small boards. Hehe, so this kind of board, except for its particularly good quality, can only look at luck;
