The relevant practices are as follows:
First, medlar yam turtle soup:
1. Ingredients: 800g soft-shelled turtle, 30g medlar, 30g yam, refined salt, yellow wine, onion, ginger slices and lard.
2. Methods:
Kill the turtle first, then cut the head and neck, and cut the trachea, viscera and claws by laparotomy.
Blanch it with boiling water, scrape off the black mucosa of the back shell and chop it into several pieces. Turtle shells can be stewed with soft-shelled turtles in a soup pot.
Wash and slice yam, and wash medlar.
Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, and add turtle, wolfberry fruit, yam, refined salt, yellow wine, onion, ginger slices and lard.
Bring the fire to a boil, then simmer with low fire until the meat is cooked and rotten, and remove the onion and ginger.
3. Efficacy: Moisturizing and blackening hair, used for symptoms such as dry skin and dull muscles. The food has effects of blackening hair, moistening skin and resisting aging.
Second, the chicken fire turtle soup:
1. Ingredients: 1 turtle (about 750g).
Accessories: chicken slices 10g, ham 10g, clear soup 1500g, salt, monosodium glutamate, yellow wine, onion and ginger slices.
2. Practice:
After the turtle is slaughtered, the internal organs are removed, washed, cut into pieces, blanched in boiling water to remove blood, butter and blood foam, put into a pot, pour clear soup, and add chicken slices, ham, salt, yellow wine, onion and ginger slices.
Cover with seasoned soft-shelled turtle, steam for about half an hour, remove from the fire, take out the onion knot and serve with ginger slices.
Third, medlar turtle soup:
1. material: turtle 300g, medlar 30g, prepared rehmannia root15g, astragalus root10g, and appropriate seasoning.
2. Practice: Slaughter the soft-shelled turtle, remove the shell, head and claws, wash and cut into pieces, put them in a casserole, add water, wrap them in cloth and apply medicine, boil them with strong fire, then turn to slow fire to cook them until they are cooked, take out the medicine bag and add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate.
3. Efficacy: benefiting qi and nourishing yin. It is suitable for tumor patients with deficiency of both qi and yin, and red blood cells and white blood cells decrease after radiotherapy. It is characterized by emaciation, fatigue, dry mouth, night sweats and soreness of the waist and knees.
