The Book of Changes (1) is no stranger to me. Before going to school, there was a thick hardcover book with two big characters written on it, which was one of my father's favorite books. After hearing this, my dad said that when he was a child, he was poor and couldn't afford a book, so he borrowed the teacher's book and copied it by hand. Even the illustrations are carefully drawn. But I can't understand the Book of Changes. I always fall asleep when I turn it over, but my father has turned it over and over again, and I have learned a lot from it. Sometimes when my father encounters any difficulties, or can't remember where he put things, he will use divination with hexagrams, and the result is quite accurate. Some people may say that I am superstitious, but the divinatory symbols in the Book of Changes are well-founded and scientific. However, I don't even understand the general content of the Book of Changes. This semester, I was lucky enough to take the course Appreciation of China Traditional Culture, which also gave me a justified opportunity to read the Book of Changes.
The Book of Changes is the essence and treasure of ancient culture in China, the first representative work of traditional culture in China, and the "head of the group classics". Sixty-four hexagrams are the total essence of the Book of Changes. They are rich in philosophy of images, numbers, reasoning, divination, divination and diction. Sixty-four hexagrams are divided into eight groups from beginning to end, with natural "images" of all things in the universe: heaven, earth, thunder, wind, water, fire, mountains and mountains. As yin and yang become wires, it symbolizes the day and night when celestial bodies will never stop moving. It also interprets the changes of society and life. It also has the profound feature of "number"-Taiji gives birth to two instruments of yin and yang. In the two states of Yin and Yang, plus a negative state or a positive state, the three states of Yin and Yang overlap to form a small stubborn. * * *, there are eight different combinations, called gossip. The formation of hexagrams is inseparable from the mutual flexibility of "three" and the role of "three lives" Three small hexagrams and three small hexagrams overlap to form a double six hexagrams image, and different hexagrams are arranged into eight groups, eight groups of eight diagrams-eight eight sixty-four hexagrams. Sixty-four hexagrams are the images of all things, among which there are ever-changing changes, so sixty-four hexagrams are the philosophy of wisdom. Looking at the pictures and historical brief introduction, I gradually became interested in this and began to yearn for myth. I can't help associating him with The Classic of Mountains and Seas and The Biography of Nine Children of Longsheng. However, from an academic point of view, the Book of Changes is a science, and the formation process of the Book of Changes is thousands of years, starting with Fuxi and painting gossip, and then passing through Emperor Yan and Huangdi. It is a summary of the political experience, lessons, merits, benefits, virtues and virtues of rulers in various historical periods. It is also a "classic" and teaching book for emperors and politicians in past dynasties. However, the sixty-four hexagrams were once regarded as "oracles" and put on the cloak of superstition. Sixty-four hexagrams, as a rhetoric to predict good or bad luck, became a secret divination that ancient leaders had to use when they were in power and used power. As early as in the history of China's ideology and culture, various schools of thought renamed it. They thought it was a wonderful book that instinctively produced "taking history as a mirror" and "being alert and curious".
The Book of Changes is the highest philosophy, not fortune-telling, so the roadside fortune-teller does not represent the Book of Changes theory at all. The Book of Changes explains three kinds of people in the whole society in three ways. Laozi's Daoism is the most difficult and clearest knowledge in the Book of Changes, which represents the interests and attitude towards life of the highest social class. Confucius of Confucianism represents the interests and attitude towards life of the middle class; Mozi represents the interests and attitudes of ordinary people. This is the Book of Changes becoming the third father of philosophy. The Book of Changes is a predictive science, materialistic rather than idealistic. There are hexagrams in the Book of Changes, which means that 8*8=64 hexagrams explain different results respectively. In other words, divination is to predict the life phenomenon that you may face now, not the essence; The reasons for this phenomenon and how to solve its consequences are also explained. Here, people will interpret it as "numerology" and "luck", and then how to resolve it. In fact, the Book of Changes has a good explanation of "fate" and "luck", because hexagrams only represent phenomena. Think about whether a phenomenon can contain your true nature.
Can you solve all the bad things that happen to you? Can it be the sustenance of your spiritual comfort? No way! I ching tells you something about human beings. Confucius' theory and Mozi's theory are what we should learn. After learning these theories, you can understand that divination in the Book of Changes is a materialistic philosophy, not fortune telling. It can predict some unpleasant things and disasters in some stages of life, but it will change. The hexagrams will change according to your behavior and your practical experience. "Yi" in the Book of Changes itself means "change". In other words, change with the change of things is the real truth. We study the Book of Changes in order to learn Confucius' theory of being a man and Mozi's theory of doing things. If a person can be a good person, do things well and have a very good cultivation, then he may become a successful person, that is, a high-level field, in order to learn the truth of Taoism. You can see many phenomena in your environment by studying the Book of Changes, and then sum up the research, change it, change these phenomena and make it develop in a good direction, which will change your "luck". Materialist philosophy says that "fate" is unchangeable and "fate" is changeable. In fact, the constant change of "luck" can also lead to the change of "fate" in a small stage. Yin and yang are always at level 4, and the cycle of good and bad luck! The attitude of learning the Book of Changes is positive. You can't always kill yourself with that prediction. If you do nothing all day and think all day, nothing will come. Actively learn its essence, actively absorb it and use it. I ching can only help you see what will happen, so the real solution still depends on your own quality and will.
Learning the Book of Changes doesn't mean that I won't work hard if I predict that my life is not good. If you have a bad marriage this year, you won't get married. No, the Book of Changes tells us that everything should be "moderate". The doctrine of the mean is not extreme, but just right. Things should conform to the laws and realistic requirements. Just like a good marriage, the best combination of two people is "the right match". This is the wisdom of the ancients and has a certain truth. People nowadays don't ask for this or that. In the end, only a "suitable" marriage is most likely to be happy, and the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is most likely to be harmonious. Why are there so many single older young people in modern times? They just didn't handle their position properly. Which position are you suitable for? Some people often say: deficiency is better than abuse! How can you find happiness if you don't meet the blind requirements of the law! Learning the Book of Changes depends on what purpose you read it with. It involves philosophy, astronomy, geography, political strategy, military strategy, ethics, behavioral science, thinking mode, interpersonal relationship, medical health care, information prediction, literary aesthetics and so on, and even modern frontier sciences such as computer software, genetic code, chaos theory, dissipative structure and so on can be inspired. It can really be said that "benevolent people have different opinions, wise people have different opinions, and people don't know daily necessities."
Generally speaking, of course, it is a philosophical work that reveals the law of development and change of all things. The Book of Changes is an advanced textbook that ancient scholars must read. It is mentioned in the book that the brains of China people all over the world are the best and the most lively, because China people are flexible. In fact, dialectics of nature is also talking about flexibility to a great extent. Good is bad, bad is good, bad is not bad, bad is not bad, from bad to good, from good to bad, cycle after cycle, endless. Some truths in the Book of Changes are profound and unchangeable. You see, the Book of Changes says that in the final analysis, everything in the universe is made up of two factors: Yin and Yang. Think about it carefully, its brilliance is simply beyond the wisdom of human beings. You see, the development of modern science and technology is getting closer and closer to proving this point. Since we know that atoms are separable, we have taken a step in this direction. Because nothing is physically inseparable. What is it? Well said, it's yin and yang, yin has yang, yang has yin, and yin gives birth to everything! Our ancestors, they are always worthy of our admiration and learning, because they pursue wisdom. Essentially, our ancestors valued wisdom, but not knowledge. First reading actually refers to understanding, reading truth, and truth is something related to wisdom. Now, however, reading is to learn knowledge and learn something that no one knows if it can be used, especially under the influence of western culture. Reading is no longer its original meaning. This is a very regrettable thing!
The Book of Changes is a system that develops completely according to nature. Foreigners speak dialectics of nature. In fact, they lack the science of letting nature guide them. It is not unreasonable for our lecturers to learn from nature. In fact, I don't think the course we study can be called dialectics of nature, but dialectics is possible. What is the only thing in the universe? It is nature, and nature cannot be bounded. If it is bounded, it is meaningless. Only countries have borders, regions have borders, and animals and plants also have borders. Nature is a whole. If nature can be further bounded, it means that there is something besides nature, which is wrong. So I think the dialectics we have learned is only a small part of the Book of Changes at best, and it is very inappropriate to regard it as natural. After reading the Book of Changes, I became very optimistic. No matter what bad things, I don't seem to care, just like one of them: if you are poor, you can change it. What's the big deal? If winter comes, can spring be far behind? When I read the Book of Changes, I realized for the first time that the world is not so dark. No matter how bad it is, it will gradually get better. This is "change if you are poor"! There should be an old saying: "Good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil." The sixty-four hexagrams I read are not like fortune telling, but more like what stage of life we should take. Don't get carried away when you are in the spring breeze. When you are heartbroken, tell yourself that a new journey is about to begin. When you are young and have nothing, don't forget that you have enough time and energy to create everything; When your career is initially successful but vulnerable, don't forget that your ability is in the heyday of your life; When you can't sleep at night because of exhaustion of body and energy, don't forget that the material wealth you have is beyond the reach of ordinary people; When you enter the last few years of your life and lament the shortness of life, don't forget that you are an experienced old man who is respected by your people.
Of course, a person's life is full of various variables, but I believe the Book of Changes says: "A gentleman strives for self-improvement; The terrain is Kun, and the gentleman carries things with morality. " When I finished reading this book, I deeply realized the influence of the Book of Changes on people's world outlook. The ability to resist "persecution" is particularly strong, and many things that others think are impossible can be tolerated by themselves. At first, I just wanted to know the source of Chinese medicine theory. I didn't expect the Book of Changes to profoundly change my outlook on the world, life and values. This is probably "providence"! However, I have to thank the Book of Changes for giving me such great spiritual strength to face the fierce competition in today's society.
After taking students to study in Youli City in summer vacation, they became interested in Zhouyi and found this book in the library to read it carefully.
"Liu Tao San lue" said: "Spring is born, and everything is glorious; Xia Daochang, everything becomes; Autumn roads converge, and everything is surplus; Everything has been found. Born at four o'clock, everything is born on the ground, and there are people in the world. "
The change of weather is closely related to the change of human society. The four seasons go round and round, just like the world chaos; Day and night, morning and dusk alternate, as if the regime is falling together. A person's life has ups and downs like a flood; The joys and sorrows of the world, such as the ups and downs of the moon, the grass grows and the warblers fly, and the country breaks down and dies; One profit and one loss, one yin and one yang. Man is a member of nature, and the world is the embodiment of nature. This idea is embodied in the book Zhouyi. When you read a few pages of Zhouyi, you will be deeply attracted by the truth expounded in it and sincerely admire the wisdom of the ancient people in China.
The Book of Changes said: "The change of the avenue is related to life, and it is beneficial to maintain harmony and harmony. The first thing, Xianning, the world. " The Book of Changes tells us that everything should follow the laws of nature, and what conforms to the laws of nature is worth advocating. It is not advisable to go against nature. Today, however, human beings try their best to conquer and transform nature. Human beings think that science and technology are advanced and seem to be able to compete with nature. But human beings don't know that in front of nature, human beings are always naive children. Once nature retaliates against mankind, the disaster will be devastating.
Reading Zhouyi is to understand the relationship between nature and human beings. We actively study Zhouyi and popularize its broad spirit, not only to show the wisdom of China ancients to the world, but also for the future peace and happiness of mankind. So I think it is very meaningful to calm down and seriously study Zhouyi!
The Book of Changes tells people that people have different orientations at different ages and are inseparable from each other, so they cannot be surpassed. Although the road of life is tortuous, we still have to start from scratch step by step. You must endure the pain and drink honey. You can't cross the line.
First feeling: dry mind, calm mind-get rid of impetuousness
When people are impetuous, we should think about the boundless universe, why it can still adhere to its own laws for hundreds of millions of years and follow its own laws.
The second feeling: perseverance and forge ahead-wear away childishness
If an adult is naive, it is not so nice, which is a bit ironic. Explain that he (she) is unreasonable, does not argue right and wrong, and cannot be approached. To put it more seriously, he (she) is stupid
The third feeling: a clear and decisive goal-to overcome laziness
To find the wise, we should look for our "enlightenment" teacher as a guide, not an "enlightenment" teacher. If the "enlightenment" teacher points out our shortcomings and mistakes, we should actively accept and correct them.
The fourth feeling: wait for the opportunity to see clearly-towards maturity.
Waiting is a kind of wisdom. Waiting is a saving. Waiting is a kind of faith. People wait because the time is not yet ripe.
The fifth feeling: calm reflection, peace of mind-avoid disputes.
We must learn to reflect. When we reflect before doing things, every detail is taken into account, so that we can handle things with ease. Even if we encounter setbacks, we will be prepared in our hearts because of our prior understanding, so that we will not end up doing things badly or even going astray. When we reflect on what we have done and learn from it, we can pave the way for future success.
Sixth Sense: Justice, Kindness, Kindness-Turn hostilities into friendship.
The country is well known, punishing evil and promoting good, in order to uphold justice and benefit the world, which is the great righteousness; The same person can be a famous teacher, and this "teacher" is a "little teacher". It is the way of justice in people's minds, that is, doing just things, and this righteousness is also a small righteousness.
The seventh feeling: love each other and live in peace-drive away loneliness.
Love needs mutual help, love needs interdependence, love needs understanding, love needs communication, love needs running-in, love needs fate and love can drive away loneliness.
The eighth sentiment: Take retreat as progress, get ready to go-get up and work hard.
When it comes to retreating for progress, we can't help but think of the allusions left by our ancestors, lying on the table and tasting courage, enduring humiliation and taking a step or two back. The most representative story is "Step Back and Broaden the Sky". This vast sky means that you have more room for manoeuvre.
The ninth sentiment: go forward bravely and stick to the truth-close to success.
Of course, success is what everyone yearns for, but the premise of success must be to go forward bravely and stick to the truth. Without courage, success can only be a bubble; If we don't stick to the truth, success can only run counter to us.
