3. Press and knead the abdomen: lie on your back, press your hands on the abdomen (the abdomen is 3 inches below the navel), and rotate and knead each 30 times. Don't push too hard or too fast.

4. Finger pressing: Take Zhongwan (2 inches below the umbilicus), Yinlingquan (in the sunken pit under the medial malleolus of the tibia) and Sanyinjiao (3 inches above the medial malleolus and at the posterior edge of the tibia), and press each acupoint with your fingers for several minutes, once in the morning and once in the evening.

5. Acupoint method: from left to right, it is used at navel, lower abdomen and pubic symphysis respectively. Press 1~2 seconds continuously for about 20 times, but be careful not to push too hard. Used for urinary retention caused by prostatic hypertrophy.

Second, back massage therapy.

(1) Put your hands behind your back, and use the tiger's mouth (the first and second metacarpals) to rub along the bladder meridian on both sides of the spine from below the scapula to the center of the hip, and push it up and down slightly for 36 times, depending on the degree of fever.

2. Massage the waist up and down with both hands for 36 times, with Shenshu point (below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra 1.5 inch) as the center and fever as the degree.

3. The left palm is massaged upward from the sacrococcygeal region to the middle of the thoracic vertebra, and the right hand is massaged downward from the middle of the thoracic vertebra to the sacrococcygeal region. Two hands touch together, and the upper palm passes through the lower palm. Massage for 36 times, with fever as the degree.

4. Put your palms together at eight points (above the coccyx of the lower lumbar vertebra, in 1, 2, 3, 4 sacral foramen), and rub them for 36 times with a little push, causing fever and burning sensation. But be careful not to damage the skin.
