Chen Tuan (87 1-989) lived in the late Tang Dynasty, the Five Dynasties and the Northern Song Dynasty. The word "Tu Nan" was named "Fu Yaozi" and was given the names of "Mr. Baiyun" and "Mr. Yi Xi". Later generations called him "Sleeping Fairy", the ancestor of Chen Tuan and the founder of Yi Xi. A famous Taoist scholar and health care practitioner, he highly praised the learning of Huang Lao. In the 12th year of Tang Xiantong (87 1), Chen Tuan was born in Zhenyuan, Bozhou (now a native of Yang Guo, Bozhou).
