Yuanhuantang health
When I bought the book Zhuangzi, I took it in my hand and read it briefly. What I want to read most urgently is Zhuangzi's Master of Health. First, the way of keeping in good health is the current fashion; Secondly, the story of "knowing the cow by skillful hands" is also what I learned in the Chinese textbook of senior high school. I like it very much and have learned it by heart. But at that time, I held back and didn't look at it right away.

In order not to affect my study or interrupt the rare opportunity of fellow initiates because of some unexpected events, I will study one or two days in advance, and finish my homework early during this period to show my concern and attention to Zhuangzi's study.

According to the timetable of reading Zhuangzi together, tomorrow is the reading time for the master of health care, and there is a sense of joy that the long-awaited "old friends" will arrive as scheduled. A little excitement, a little nostalgia, a little expectation. I don't know what feeling this article I read many years ago will bring me today. I look forward to, look forward to every move in my life, which is profound and unforgettable; Looking forward to the agility in life and the eternal natural light.

20 19.4.24 (March 20th, Jihai). That day, early in the morning, after breakfast in the canteen, I carefully read Zhuangzi's Master of Health. Among them, the first paragraph of the opening paragraph was read three times, saying, "Du Yuan believes that classics can preserve one's health, support one's life, and support one's loved ones for life." I feel a lot. I also thank the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for helping people who like health preservation.

For more than ten years, I have learned about Chinese medicine through various channels and put it into practice. Among them, there are many unexpected gains, which really make me full of gains. Especially in my father's later years, some hospital experts can't solve the problem. I used Chinese medicine to relieve my father's pain and improve the quality of life, which played an unprecedented role. Some methods make western doctors gape and ask me questions. Over the years, my colleagues, friends and relatives around me, whether they are themselves or their families, have learned some minor faults in chatting and will share my practical experience with you. There is a lot of feedback to me, and the effect is good. They are all very grateful to me, so I study Chinese medicine harder. Last year, my husband got the worst flu in Beijing, and the hospital was overcrowded. Many hospitals have set up 24-hour special consultations with doctors on duty. Beijing Satellite TV has also invited Chinese medicine experts to do special programs many times. The situation developed quickly and seriously, but instead of going to the hospital, we used Chinese medicine to treat and recuperate, and my husband recovered quickly. So I am glad to have the opportunity to know, experience, like and love Chinese medicine.

Confucius said in the twenty-sixth chapter of the Analects of Confucius: "Parents don't know medical treatment, which is called heartless; It is unfilial to be a child who doesn't understand medical care. " Somehow, I practiced "compassion" and "filial piety" with practical actions. Before, I really felt the profoundness of Chinese medicine, and I felt Zhuangzi's theory that "the administrator thinks that the classics can protect me, protect my life, support my relatives and live forever". That's right. As we know, Taoism is closely related to Chinese medicine, which is a part of the essence of Taoist thought.

According to the concept of Tao, people don't have to fight against nature. In the vast universe, nature is the master. In the nature where we live, people are so small, and in the nature that we destroy, as long as there is a little small action in nature, it will be a devastating disaster for human beings. For example: tsunami, earthquake, lightning, hurricane and so on. "Following the laws of nature will eventually become an eternal law." Respecting nature and caring for the environment are our responsibilities to future generations, as well as to nature.

Back to the story of Zhuangzi's "Knowing Cows by Clever Skills" in The Way of Keeping Healthy.

My master explained to Wen how to "solve the cow". This knife that I have used for 19 years is still as sharp as new. All this comes from my thorough understanding of the internal structure of cattle and my mastery of skilled technology. After reading this, I like Zhuangzi's precise wording and image: "... the touch of hands, shoulders, feet, knees, knives and tenors, and the dance of Sang Lin are the first classic encounter."

Having said that, I naturally think of the vivid explanation given by Chinese teacher Cai in high school. In order to explain the action of understanding cows more vividly, Teacher Cai actually gave us a demonstration action of understanding cows. Hands, feet, shoulders and knees are used for dancing. He is very tall, and his actions are both vivid and funny, which makes the students laugh. I will never forget the impression I left. Every time I tell the story of my skillful handling of cows, the image of Mr. Cai dancing comes to my eyes. I don't know, today's Chinese teacher will give lectures like this, so that students can remember. I hope there is, I believe there is, which is the luck of the students!

Having written so much, it is also the focus of this chapter to briefly describe my favorite TCM regimen: four seasons regimen, harmony between man and nature.

China has a vast culture for thousands of years, whether it is Confucianism's "self-cultivation, keeping the family in order, governing the country and calming the world", Buddhism's "meditation, following fate and enlightenment", or Taoism's "harmony between man and nature", I think it all boils down to self-regulation, purity of mind and conformity with nature. Finally, when we reach the state of "keeping in good health at four seasons, the harmony between man and nature", we can perfectly interpret life, forget ourselves and support our lives.

So how to achieve "four seasons health, harmony between man and nature"?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that in the four seasons of the year, spring (usually refers to the season from beginning of spring to Grain Rain) produces hair, reaches liver qi, and health preservation focuses on nourishing the liver and strengthening the spleen. In spring, liver fire is strong, anger and bad emotions hurt the liver, and people with hyperactivity of liver yang are particularly prone to headache and dizziness, which is the reason why the so-called "spring spirit leads to all kinds of diseases". For people with weak qi and blood, phlegm-dampness and spleen deficiency, if you don't pay attention to keep warm, you will easily catch a cold, chronic bronchitis and bronchitis when the bile of shaoyang rises in spring, so cover it well in spring. In diet, it is beneficial to supplement the light, and it is appropriate to eat spicy and warm food in spring and liver season, and eat less cold and sticky things. Xin Gan can help Chunyang, such as onion, ginger, leek and garlic sprout.

Huangdi Neijing on Four Qi Regulating the Spirit: "In March, this is called Chen Sheng, Heaven and Earth Sheng, Everything is glorious, lying at night and getting up early, striding in the court, walking slowly, so as to make life, live without killing, give without taking, reward without punishment, and keep in good health. On the contrary, it hurts the liver, and it is cold in summer and has few elders. " Early to bed and early to rise, proper exercise is the best policy.

The key to health preservation in summer is: invigorating qi and nourishing heart, clearing away heat and dampness.

Summer (from long summer to midsummer) is the season with the highest yang. At this time, the metabolism of the human body is fast, the yang is outside and the yin is inside, so the blood circulation is also vigorous and active on the body surface. Because it is rainy and humid at this time, damp heat may invade the human body and cause disease. In particular, people with deficiency of both lung and spleen and phlegm-dampness and spleen deficiency are more likely to be recruited.

When eating in summer, we should pay attention to foods that clear away heat and promote diuresis. Such as watermelon, bitter gourd, fresh peach, strawberry, tomato, mung bean, cucumber and so on. The spleen and stomach are fragile in summer, especially in long summer. Eat more foods that strengthen the spleen and stomach, such as white lentils, yam, lotus seeds and glutinous rice. If you can properly cooperate with Chinese medicine, you can spend the summer safely.

"Huangdi Neijing Four Qi Tunes the Spirit": "Xia San Moon is called a beautiful month, where heaven and earth are connected, and everything is flashy. I lie down at night and get up early for a hundred days, which makes my ambition not angry, makes Huaying beautiful and vents my anger. If you love the outside, this summer should be the way to grow up. On the contrary, it is sad, autumn is malaria, few people get it, and winter solstice is very sick.

The principle of keeping in good health in autumn is: nourishing lungs and moistening dryness, and conditioning the heart and spleen.

In autumn (from beginning of autumn to the first frost), the climate changes from hot to cold, and the moisture in the air decreases, which causes a series of physiological changes in the human body, often called "autumn dryness", such as dry mouth, scanty urine, dry stool, stuffy nose, cough and other symptoms. There are still many people who will catch a cold and cough if they are not careful because their nasal mucosa can't adapt to the stimulation of cold air, especially those with deficiency of both qi and yin and deficiency of lung dryness and body fluid. In autumn, dryness is the main gas, so you should drink more soup that nourishes yin and moistens dryness, such as pears, sugar cane, grapefruit, loquat and other lung-moistening foods. Autumn is golden and pungent. At this time, the lung is full of qi, so it is not advisable to overeat spicy flavor to prevent liver qi from being damaged.

"Huangdi Neijing Su Wen Si Qi Diao Ling": Autumn and March, this is called Rongping. The weather is urgent, the atmosphere is clear, you lie down early and get up early, having fun with chickens, so as to calm your mind, slow down the punishment in autumn, converge your spirit, calm the air in autumn and make your lungs clear. This autumn air should be a way to increase your income. If you walk in the opposite direction, it will hurt your lungs, diarrhea will occur in winter, and there are very few Tibetans.

The principles of health preservation in winter are: strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney, and storing essence.

Winter (from beginning of winter to cold season) is the season when everything in nature is closed. In winter, people's yang is hidden in the body. Therefore, winter health care should focus on strengthening the spleen, tonifying the kidney and storing essence. Those with yang deficiency and liver and kidney yin deficiency should beware of exogenous pathogens disturbing the yang in the body in winter and suffering from cold and cold. A cold in winter will reduce the body's resistance and aggravate other diseases, such as chronic bronchitis, hypertension and heart disease.

After the winter solstice, Yin Qi began to fade and Yang Qi gradually rose. This is the time for tonic, whether it is diet therapy or drug therapy, it can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Therefore, Chinese medicine specifically mentions winter tonic, and I strongly advocate that food tonic is the best. Generally speaking, it is more beneficial to eat rice in winter. Rice has the effects of regulating stomach qi, tonifying spleen deficiency, strengthening bones and muscles and regulating five internal organs. Besides rice porridge, yam porridge is a good product for invigorating kidney and spleen. Chestnut porridge has obvious effect on soreness or pain of waist and knees caused by deficiency of kidney qi; Sesame porridge can benefit intestines, lungs and qi, kidney and tendons.

"Huangdi Neijing Su Wen's Four Qi Tunes": In winter and March, this is called closing Tibet. Water and ice lie on the ground, not disturbing the sun. Lying early and getting up late, you must wait for the sun, so that you can hide your ambition and have private intentions. If you have it, you will get rid of cold and warmth, and you will not leak your skin, which will make you lose your breath. This winter air should be the way to keep Tibet. In turn, it hurts the kidney, and it is flaccid and soft in spring, and there are fewer people born.

There are many ways to preserve health in TCM, and the history can be traced back to ancient times. This is a treasure of traditional culture in China, and it is an important theoretical research achievement of health care, disease prevention and treatment summarized by the people of China. Ancient Chinese medicine advocated the concept of "treating its unborn child, treating its decline, treating its decline, treating its decline and preventing its recovery". Advocate four-season health preservation, that is, people must conform to nature, conform to the solar terms, be cold and hot at four seasons, be comfortable, be harmonious and make money, combine rigidity with softness, and be harmonious with yin and yang. If so, they will not be deviant and do evil, and they will live a long life. Only when people live in harmony with nature can they live a long and healthy life, have both form and spirit, and enjoy the life of "happiness, rice and white tea".

Note: 1, Happy Birthday: It means 77 years old, and the cursive Chinese character seems to be 77. 2, Mi Shou: refers to 88 years old, and the word Cao Mi is like 88 words. 3, Bai Shou: refers to 99 years old, a hundred words are less than a horizontal white. 4. Tea life; It means 108 years old, with 20 above and 88 below. Add the two to get 108 years old.
