Looking back on the past year, great changes have taken place in the overall work of the company and gratifying achievements have been made. All these achievements are the result of our joint efforts. I just played the role of organizer. Over the past year, I have told you more about my experience in being a man and doing things through the weekly staff meeting. I hope that through these forms, we can unify our thinking and understanding, thus forming our common values and world outlook. Therefore, this is conducive to our unity, and through our joint efforts, our sacred cause will be stable and strong.
I believe that every colleague here feels that the sales policy, assessment policy and management system of 20xx have changed greatly compared with previous years, and some things that have happened in these months will also make some colleagues here unhappy. Yes, there seems to be a change, a lot of changes, and a rapid change. This change makes many people feel uncomfortable.
