Buddhism reveals the method of pure land and tells us that there are many Buddhist lands in the world, but it especially advocates two places: one is the west of our world, which is called the pure land of western bliss; First, in the east of our world, it is called the pure land of oriental glass. Amitabha, the founder of the western pure land, made forty-eight wishes in the soil to make all beings happy in the afterlife; The pharmacist of the Pure Land in the East, Tathagata, made twelve wishes in the soil, paying more attention to the secular happiness of life. Therefore, among Buddhists, it is natural to form such an idea: to go to the west to read Amitabha, to eliminate disasters and prolong life, and to read the pharmacist Tathagata.

The promotion of western pure land has always been valued by the teaching community, and there are countless related classics; However, few people advocate the oriental pharmacist law, and there are even fewer works in this field. This phenomenon has also led to many misunderstandings about Buddhism in society. They believe in Buddhism but pursue happiness in the afterlife without paying attention to life in this world, and even think that Buddhism is an escapist religion. In order to change this misconception, Master Tai Xu, a modern Buddhist leader, strongly advocated human Buddhism and personally explained the classics of pharmacologists, thinking that the pure land on earth can be created according to the methods of pharmacists. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to promote pharmacists to practice more.

First, the pharmacist swore

There are two forces that promote the flow of all beings: karma and willingness. All living beings are in the six divisions of the wheel of karma because of karma, while sages become buddhas and ancestors as they wish. Therefore, if you want to achieve Buddhism and Taoism, you must first make a wish. When it comes to wishes, people will think of four wishes, but this is only the universal wish of all bodhisattvas. Every bodhisattva has his own other wishes. When Tathagata, a pharmacist from the Oriental Glass World, was in the underworld, he made twelve wishes.

Buddha's equal wish in his last life: when he becomes a Buddha, he wishes his own light to shine on the boundless world, with 32 phases and 80 shapes, and all beings are no different from me.

My second career wish: When I become a Buddha, I hope to enlarge the light like glass, illuminate all beings and do all kinds of things.

The third endless wish: when you become a Buddha, you may be able to use infinite wisdom and convenience to make the interests of all beings endless and never want.

The fourth wish of Amway Avenue: When you become a Buddha, may the heretics establish the right path and turn Hinayana into Mahayana.

The fifth precept is the wish of purity: when you become a Buddha, may all living beings practice my Buddhism and be triple-purified; Even if it is violated, you can smell my name clean.

Sixth, the roots are full of wishes: to become a Buddha, I wish to be in poor health, rootless, blind and deaf? All kinds of diseases have feelings. I have heard my name. I am correct, wise and my roots are perfect.

Seventh, I wish physical and mental health: when I become a Buddha, I wish to be seriously ill, affectionate, healthy, happy and even become a Buddha.

The eighth wish is to turn a woman into a man: when I become a Buddha, I will hate the feeling of a woman, hear my name, become a man and look like a man.

The ninth wish of turning evil into righteousness: when you become a Buddha, you are willing to leave the magic net of the outside world, see the jungle when you are evil, practice bodhisattva, and even become a Buddha.

Tenth, the desire to get rid of the bondage: to become a Buddha, to punish the king, to suffer physically and mentally, and to be famous for liberation.

Eleventh wonderful dietary wish: when you become a Buddha, you are willing to be driven by hunger and thirst, and you will get the taste of food before eating.

Twelfth, I have a wish to wear strange clothes: when I become a Buddha, I hope I am cold and naked. I will get strange clothes first, and then I will have all kinds of solemn clothes.

The twelfth wish embodies the compassion and greatness of the pharmacist Tathagata. He gives all sentient beings everything they need: food, clothing, health, entertainment, education and even future happiness. Twelve wishes are obviously different from Amitabha's forty-eight wishes: Amitabha wishes to achieve a solemn victory in the Elysium, and all beings wish to live in that country; Pharmacists are willing to start from the interests of all beings, provide food and clothing in poverty, make it perfect in defects, treat patients in pain, give happiness, lead evil ways into the right path, make them rise to the level of depravity, and make human beings live in harmony. It is no wonder that all beings always read the pharmacist Tathagata when they are in trouble.

Second, eliminate disasters and take refuge

People always hope to live in peace, but sometimes disasters are inevitable, such as natural floods, fires, windstorms, earthquakes, man-made wars, the invasion of wild animals and disasters from the underworld. All kinds of unknowns and disasters have brought endless suffering to mankind. At this time, if we can wholeheartedly name pharmacists as Tathagata and pray for adding pharmacists as Tathagata, we can eliminate disasters and take refuge.

1, saving the country is difficult: a country will face various disasters, such as plague epidemic, enemy invasion, domestic rebellion, strange stars, untimely storms, outdated rain and so on. At this time, as long as everyone Qi Xin works together to recite the name of the pharmacist Tathagata and set up a pharmacist's Dharma Association, the country will be peaceful, the weather will be good, the crops will be ripe, and all evils will not appear.

2. Strange things happen: some people see all kinds of evil in their dreams, or unknown strange birds suddenly gather at home, or there is a loud noise in the house. These ominous omens suddenly appear, which will definitely make us uneasy. At this time, if you respectfully support the pharmacist Tathagata with all kinds of wonderful materials, nightmares and unknown things can disappear.

3. All fears and difficulties: When floods, knife poison, hanging dangers, evil images, lions, tigers, wolves, bears, poisonous snakes, centipedes and dragonflies appear in front of us, all fears and fears can be alleviated if we can remember the arrival of pharmacists and respectfully provide them.

4. Women have dystocia: Women will suffer great pain during childbirth. If she can honestly say that pharmacists will come to an end and praise and support, all sufferings can be eliminated, and the children born can also have enough identity, be good-looking, be happy to see it, be smart, be quiet and less sick, and no one can take away their essence.

All the disasters in the world are our karma. There are karma and non-karma. * * * Karma is something that everyone can feel, such as the pain caused by natural disasters; Non-karma is something that only individuals can feel. Karma is created by the mind. However, the mind can not only make a career, but also change careers. When the disaster comes, if we can change our mentality, sincerely repent, eliminate evil and cultivate good, and recite the name of the pharmacist Tathagata at the same time, relying on the power of Tathagata's original willingness and merits, we can eliminate disasters and take refuge; The third industry is still like this, and it is useless to recite the Tathagata.

Third, get rid of diseases and prolong life.

Everyone wants to live a long and healthy life, but no one can escape the birth, death and illness that accompany the body. If you are sick, you can't live a healthy life, and you face the threat of death. What should we do in the face of all this? It is one thing to seek medical treatment, but the ability to seek medical treatment is very limited. Many intractable diseases in the world have not been properly solved so far, and even the most knowledgeable doctors are at a loss. At this time, we should pray for the blessing of the pharmacist Tathagata and seriously practice the pharmacist law.

1, Curse with Curse: Curse is the secret language of Buddhas and has incredible power. According to Confucian classics, pharmacists went to Samadhi to "eliminate the pain of all sentient beings" in order to relieve the pain of all sentient beings, showing great light in meat buns and proclaiming divine spells in the light. If someone is sick, curse 180 times in the medicine or clean water taken by the patient and give it to the patient to drink, and the patient will naturally be eliminated; Reciting this mantra often and devoutly can also avoid all kinds of patients and get the fruits of health and longevity.

2. Law of prolonging life: Although everyone will die, some people will die and some people will die unexpectedly. The so-called sudden death refers to those who died tragically for special reasons. There are nine kinds of classics:

First, the disease can not be treated or treated improperly, and the patient gets worse day by day, eventually leading to death;

Second, it was slaughtered by Wang Fazai;

Third, like hunting birds and animals, gambling lewd, drinking, killed by non-people;

Fourth, burn to death;

5. drowning;

Sixth, evil beasts eat;

Seven, falling into the cliff valley;

Eight, died of poison, curse or ghouls slander;

Nine, starve to death.

For this sudden death, as long as the color body is not seriously damaged, the life extension method can be used to revive the life and prolong the life. When the patient was dying, although he was still lying on his deathbed, his knowledge had reached the place where the prince was, and his life's hard work was presented one by one. At this critical moment, if the patient's relatives and friends can ask for help from the pharmacist Tathagata and practice the pharmacist method, the patient will be able to wake up after seven days or even forty-nine days.

Ceremony of prolonging life: for the sick, observe the Eight-day fast for seven days and seven nights, provide food and support for monks, provide services for pharmacists at six o'clock day and night, read the classics of pharmacologists for forty-nine times, and light forty-nine lamps to make pharmacists feel like seven bodies. There are seven lights in front of each image, one is as big as a wheel, and even the lights are on for forty-nine days, resulting in a forty-nine long five-color banner.

Some people may ask: Buddhism talks about cause and effect, and a person's life is determined by cause and effect. How does the method of practicing pharmacists change fate? It should be noted that although Buddhism talks about karma, it also talks about origin, and karma is based on origin. The practice of pharmacist law is to change the objective conditions of mature karma by sincerely repenting Yamamoto's original wish, so that bad karma will not reappear.

Fourth, good feet.

There are two factors that make up happiness in life: one is good luck and the other is wisdom. In all life, only the happiness and wisdom of Buddha have been completely perfected, while ordinary people are always more or less lacking. Without Ford, a person will inevitably lead a very uncomfortable life, such as having a bad career and not getting what he wants. At this time, the pharmacist law will be adopted.

1, everything you want: online men and women support pharmacists to come, set up a statue, lay a clean seat, spread all kinds of flowers, burn all kinds of incense, and create a solemn place with all kinds of buildings; Seven days and seven nights, fasting and cleansing, bathing and fragrance, four boundless benefits to all beings. I thought about the merits and demerits of pharmacists, read The Classic of Pharmacists, thought about its significance and revealed my theory. This man wants whatever he wants, long life, wealth, official position, men and women, and he can get everything.

2. Divine protection: reading the classics of pharmacologists, enlightening others' theories, writing respectfully, offering sacrifices with all kinds of incense, rubbing incense, burning incense, flowers, wreaths, banners and geisha music, filling in five colors, sweeping the floor and laying high seats. There are twelve generals with medicine forks. * * * * After listening to the Buddha's pharmacist classics, he vowed to convert to the Three Treasures in many ways, to be a protector and to protect those who practice the pharmacist law, so that they can get rid of all difficulties and gain various benefits.

There is always more pain in the world than happiness, because there are many conditions that lead to pain in life: some come from the real world, and some come from the nether world. Realistic disasters can sometimes be prevented or avoided; Invisible intrusion is hard to prevent. Therefore, it is naturally the best policy to practice the pharmacist law, get the protection of the dharma god, and treat the infringement from the unknown with the help of the Buddha and Bodhisattva.

Verb (short for verb) keeps away from evil ways.

Of the six ways, hell, hungry ghosts and wild animals are the three evil ways. In the process of reincarnation, we all follow our own karma, either living in heaven or falling into hell, hungry ghosts and animals. Hell suffers all kinds of punishments, animals are not free, and hungry ghosts are hungry and thirsty. What a terrible situation! What should I do once I have created a bad cause? Practicing the pharmacist law is the way to save.

1. Karma caused by insatiable greed: Some sentient beings are indifferent to good and evil, blindly greedy for small advantages, ignorant of the karma of giving, and ignorant. Although they have accumulated a lot of wealth, they are reluctant to pay, and they are not happy to see someone begging from him. When they have to pay, they lament like cutting meat; I don't want to use my accumulated wealth, my parents, my wife and children and others. Because of their greed, their lives will inevitably be born in evil ways. If you can remember the name of the pharmacist Tathagata in the evil breath, you will soon turn into a good way, and you will be fatalistic, afraid of evil and suffering. From then on, I will no longer be insatiable. I will do a good job in Hui Shi and get a blessing.

2. The retribution brought by breaking the precepts: Some sentient beings cannot abide by the learning office; Some can keep the precepts but know their mistakes; Some people can't understand the profound meaning of Buddhist scriptures, although they abandon the right view but don't destroy it; Some people have a lot of news, but the increase is very slow. They are self-righteous, disrespectful of Buddhism and evil companions. In this way, they will all fall into the three evils in the future. If we can smell the pharmacist's name Tathagata, abandon evil and cultivate good, we will not fall into evil ways. Even after falling into evil breath, the pharmacist will temporarily remember his name with the power of Tathagata's original wish, and his life will eventually be born in people. He saw the progress, was good at adjusting his mentality and music, kept precepts and listened more, understood profound meaning, gradually increased, gradually practiced Bodhisattva, and soon reached the complete realm of Buddhism and Taoism.

3. karma brought by jealousy: some sentient beings are greedy for jealousy, like to praise themselves, and also like to destroy themselves. As a result, they went astray and suffered for a long time. Later, when they came to this world, they would be flogged, hungry and fidgety. Even if they got the human body, they would live in * * * and be driven away by him as slaves, and they would never be comfortable. If this kind of person has heard the name of the pharmacist Tathagata in the past, he can remember the pharmacist Tathagata and convert to his heart, so that he can rely on the divine power of the Buddha to relieve all suffering, learn from others, be wise and knowledgeable, constantly strive for victory, get rid of troubles, and get rid of all the troubles and worries of birth, illness and death.

Learning Buddhism is not only for the happiness of this world, but also for the future of life. From the beginning, all sentient beings created all kinds of bad karma by the power of greed and delusion. As the saying goes, if the karma of all living beings is tangible, it will be too empty to hold. Once the karma is created, "the robbery will not be extinguished, and the karma will meet." Therefore, every living being is faced with the possibility of falling into the three evil ways. If you want to repay these karma one by one, is there an end to life and death? To practice the pharmacist method, we can rely on the wishes of pharmacists to get rid of evil spirits quickly, live early, listen to Buddhism more and practice rationally. So the pharmacist method is really a shortcut to cut off life and death.

Sixth, the pure land of death

Our world is a world of five evils, full of all kinds of pains. The Buddha not only pointed out the source of pain for us, but also told us the way to get rid of it, including the hard road and the easy road. The difficult way is to practice on your own, so as to get rid of troubles and life and death. The simple way is to rely on the help of Buddha and Bodhisattva and stay away from the Three Realms. This is the pure land method. In the Book of Pharmacists, the Buddha told Manjusri Bodhisattva that the East had visited the top ten Buddhist lands such as Jiasha, and there were world-famous colored glasses, and the colored glasses of the Buddha's pharmacists descended like Buddha. This is another Buddhist country introduced to us by the Buddha after the western land of Amitabha.

1, practice the pharmacist method, and you can go to the pure land. According to Confucian classics, four disciples, namely monks, monks, Youposai, Youpoyi, Yushan, men and women, have been able to observe the eight-day fast, or after a year or three months, with this good root, they hope to live in the western paradise, and they have heard that Amitabha Buddha will show Buddhism. If you are not sure whether you can die, then you will pay close attention to the name of pharmacist Liu. At the end of your life, there are eight bodhisattvas, Manjusri, Guanyin, Trend, Endless Meaning, Baotan, Wang Yao, Yaoshang and Maitreya. They will take you to the pure land and the lotus will be reborn.

The pure land of the East has always been clean, and there are no women and three evils, and there is no sound of pain. The glass on earth is the ground, the golden rope is the road, and the buildings such as city walls and palaces are all made up of seven treasures, which are as excellent as the paradise in the west. There are two great bodhisattvas in the country: one shines in the sun and the other shines in the moonlight, ranking first among the infinite bodhisattvas and second among the buddhas, which is a magic weapon to inherit the Tathagata. Once all living beings are born in other countries, they can't get rid of Bodhi, so the Buddha advised us to make a vow to live in the pure land of the East.

2. Good results can be achieved by practicing pharmacist method. Although some sentient beings have heard of the pharmacist's method, they can't live because of lack of confidence, will and resources, but they can live in heaven with this merit and enjoy the blessing of heaven; Throughout his life, he was born in the world, or commanded the quartet for the king of the wheel, and Wade felt at ease, and established infinite beings to practice ten good ways; Or incarnate? The home of the Emperor, the Vatican and the lay man is rich in treasures, overflowing with warehouses, well-groomed, full of family background, intelligent, brave and powerful as a Hercules. If a woman hates the female body and carries the name of the pharmacist Tathagata to her heart, she will never be subject to the female body and become a gentleman.

To sum up, it shows that the method of practicing pharmacists can get everything needed in the world. Eliminating disasters and taking refuge, getting rid of diseases and prolonging life are what people hoped before; It is people's wish for the future to stay away from evil ways and live in pure land. Therefore, in the practice of pharmacists, both secular music, afterlife music and even nirvana music are enough. Especially the emphasis on secular music can change people's wrong view that Buddhism emphasizes the afterlife. If we learn the twelve wishes of the pharmacist Tathagata and diligently follow them, the pure land on earth will certainly be realized.
