According to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions, the health administrative department of the State Council is responsible for the supervision and management of medical institutions throughout the country. At the local level, the health administrative departments of local governments at or above the county level are responsible for the supervision and management of medical institutions within their respective administrative areas. As an institution providing beauty services, the quality of operation and service is closely related to health and belongs to the supervision scope of the health department.
