According to the MLM Prohibition Ordinance, it can be determined whether the enterprise is suspected of pyramid selling. If their behavior meets this requirement, they can go to official website of the Ministry of Commerce to check whether the enterprise has been approved by the Ministry of Commerce and obtained a direct sales license. If not, then it can be determined that this is pyramid selling and it is illegal.
