(3) General Party Branch Evaluation: According to the applicant's application conditions and combined with his work performance and comprehensive quality, each branch organized discussions to determine 20 top ten excellent doctor candidates (5 from each party branch of internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry and medical technology) and reported them to the medical department before August 15.
(4) Middle-level cadres vote: the names of candidates should be voted at the weekly meeting.
(5) Discussion at the Dean's Office: The Dean's Office will discuss the voting situation of candidates and decide the list of the top ten excellent doctors.

(7) There shall be no more than 4 directors in the final winners list.
