The spleen should be in the last month of summer, and moxibustion is most needed during the summer heat to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness. Sixth, the spleen is in the mouth, and the spleen and lips can receive grains. If the spleen is sick, the color of the lips will change, either yellow or dark, affecting the digestion and absorption function. According to the facial diagnosis, the spleen should be in the nose. Yellow nose must belong to spleen deficiency. According to the palm diagnosis, the middle of the palm and thenar correspond to the spleen. If it is dull, it is also the phase of spleen deficiency. Usually, careful conditioning and observing the changes of these parts by yourself can intuitively feel the sufficient changes of spleen yang.
