How can I quickly reduce abdominal fat?
I have always been an advocate of ketogenic diet. After I had a son, I was trapped by 190 kg for nearly three years. I have tried many things, including diet pills (over-the-counter and prescription drugs). It didn't work. I'm on a diet, but I can't stick to anything for long. I exercise in the gym 3-4 days a week. I have polycystic syndrome, so my hormonal imbalance prevents me from losing weight.

I learned about ketogenesis through my gynecologist. She heard that ketogenesis is the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, which completely changed my life. I followed it for the first time, and lost 40 pounds in 4-6 months. Although I haven't strictly followed the law of ketone production in recent years, my weight hasn't recovered much. But isolation did affect my family. There are too many snacks.

I'm eating ketogenic again, and I've lost 5 pounds! Now all the weight is water, but I use my own experience to prove that this diet is healthy and can lose a few pounds quickly.

My three meals a day usually include the following:

Have Atkins protein milkshake for breakfast

String cheese together for dessert.

A big salad with salmon and sweet and sour sauce, some cheese, and all kinds of vegetables or berries I added to my lunch.

If I am hungry, I can eat some cucumbers and dipping sauce (spinach dipping sauce, artichoke dipping sauce, cream cheese sauce, anything with low carbohydrate).

Meat (we will say that the seasoning of ribs is unsweetened, but there are sci-fi barbecue sauce) and two or three kinds of low-carbohydrate vegetables (meaning no potatoes and corn or anything with a lot of starch), but there are a lot of ketone recipes and many things.

You may have crazy cravings in the first few days, but once you get used to it (entering a metabolic state called ketosis), you will find that you are not hungry at all, and you are likely to lose a lot of cravings for sweets.

I didn't take the initiative to count the number of carbohydrates. I just try my best to read the labels and eat as healthy as possible (vegetables, protein and healthy fat), ignoring starch and sugar. Oh, by the way, drink more water.

Please eat more vegetables. If carbohydrate must be calculated strictly, I suggest subtracting fiber to calculate net carbohydrate. You need fiber, and you need nutrients in vegetables. This is not just a meat and cheese diet. I firmly believe that some people think this is an "unhealthy" misunderstanding.
