"Honeysuckle" comes from Compendium of Materia Medica and is the bud of honeysuckle, an evergreen vine of Caprifoliaceae. Because the flowers are all white when they first bloom, they turn golden yellow after two or three days, and the yellow and white set each other off, so they are called honeysuckle.
