How can we make life interesting?
Try 1 new things every day; Be with interesting people; Give a heartbeat.

With people's survival and development in society, their thoughts become more and more rigid, and life is like a running account. Monotonous repetition is boring. Sometimes I am deeply bored with my work and life, as if I am not interested in anything. In the long run, without hope and vitality, the whole person will go bad. So how can we change this situation, regain our passion for life and regain our curiosity about the world?

First, try 1 new things every day. Do something you haven't done before and write it down. If you have some fixed habits, try not to do it for a day.

For example, go to a restaurant you haven't eaten, order a dish you don't often eat, take an unheard-of commute route, visit an alley you haven't been to, attend a party you didn't want to attend before, meet some unusual people, read a book, like a mountain and watch a movie you don't often watch. If you have the habit of drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, try not to drink it one day and see your reaction.

Second, with interesting people, you must have such friends around you (usually from the Northeast), who are particularly humorous. One sentence can make you laugh, introduce you to China's hip hop, and speak in your own yo yo. Her circle of friends is often full of laughter, even if an embarrassing thing in life comes out of her mouth, it becomes lively and interesting. You like being with them, because it makes people relaxed and happy. When you think of them, your mouth will involuntarily rise.

Third, have a heartbeat. If you ride a bike, I suggest you speed up within the road, not to encourage you to break the rules, but to strengthen your heart and brain by experiencing the feeling of heartbeat and make them stronger.

Use a tentative way to look at where your boundaries are, which ones can be kept, and which ones can be achieved through deliberate practice. Some people say that boredom and not being needed are the biggest crisis for middle-aged people! In my opinion, instead of sitting still, it is better to actively embrace change. The more you fear, the more you have to face it bravely. It is impossible to challenge, break through the self-imposed limit and break the self-label.
