1. Regularly check whether the cleanliness of each heat transfer part is perfect, and whether there are deposits, coking, rust layer and other scales attached, and immediately clean it. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the bonding between the heat transfer parts and the rubber pad is tight and whether the rubber pad itself is in good condition, so as to avoid the rubber pad from degumming and damage and causing leakage.

2. The compression nuts and upper and lower guide rods of the plate heat exchanger should be lubricated with dry Kun and grease frequently.

3, instrument adjustment should have someone who's in charge, and strictly implement the operating procedures for operation and maintenance.

4. When the rubber pad needs to be replaced or the degummed part needs to be repaired, the heat transfer sheet should be removed and put on the table, and the old gasket should be removed, or the rubber residue in the groove of the heat transfer sheet should be wiped off with fine sandpaper at the degumming place, and then the oil residue in the groove should be wiped off with solvents such as carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene, and then the back of the rubber pad should be refreshed with fine sandpaper, and the oil residue should be wiped off with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene. Then apply a thin layer of glue on the back of the groove and rubber washer. When it is slightly dry, insert the rubber pad into the groove, smooth it around and coat it with a layer of talcum powder. Then, install the heat transfer sheet on the equipment rack and gently clamp it. According to the specifications of glue, it can be put into production at regular intervals.

5. Pay attention to the scale of the last compaction when compacting the heat transfer sheet again.

Position, don't press the rubber gasket excessively, so as not to reduce the service life of the gasket.

6. When replacing the rubber gasket of the heat transfer sheet, all sections must be updated to avoid uneven gaps between the sheets and affect the heat transfer effect. There may be a slight leakage when the general operation begins to use clean water circulation. When the temperature rises to the sterilization temperature, the leakage will disappear by itself. If the leakage still does not stop, the heat transfer sheet must be pressed again. If it still doesn't work, it is necessary to open the inspection rubber pad, or it may be that the heat transfer fins are arranged in the numbered order on the plate and need to be corrected.
