The first assembly area of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. where I am located is mainly responsible for manufacturing, assembly, welding and hoisting safety. Both quality and schedule play a key role. The whole process includes structural adjustment and batching of H-beam, cutting head, overall turnover and hoisting operation, which involves a considerable amount of tasks. Due to the narrow working environment, many people in the workplace and limited equipment, it brings a lot of inconvenience to the safe lifting operation. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of hoisting operation, I always strictly demand myself to command the operation with the best hoisting point position and hoisting method, to ensure the smooth hoisting of components and not to sway, and to command the operation in a standardized way. At the same time, safety work is very important for lifting operation, and many steel structure accidents are caused by lifting injuries. In view of this feature, I always pay attention to my own protection and the safety of people around me in my work, keep in mind the "Ten Don't Hoist" of lifting safety, often exchange the precautions for lifting safety among the masses, explore effective measures to prevent accidents, improve everyone's safety awareness, diligently check the safety and reliability of slings and ropes, and nip accidents and accident signs in the bud. Because I have been conscientious in my work, it has also affected the extensive promotion of standardization of hoisting command by my team and colleagues. I start from my work and improve the safety of my work around me. No safety accidents occurred.

The quality and progress of hoisting operation are also very important, especially the assembly of large components requires the cooperation of high-quality and responsible hoisting commanders, the joint operation of riveters and welders, the correct location of hoisting points and the close cooperation between commanders and crane operators, which is of great significance to the safety of personnel and equipment. Only by recognizing that safety and quality are related to the survival and development of enterprises. At the same time, it is also related to personal vital interests, so I always put safety first in my work, pay attention to quality, pursue progress, and would rather have more trouble, be diligent and meticulous, and do a good job in safety, quality and progress. At ordinary times, I can seriously study new technologies and new processes, love my job, actively cooperate with the team to do a good job in construction, production and safety, overcome technical difficulties of different types of work, and improve my working ability obviously.

Key points of work performance: have good professional quality and ethics, pay attention to responsibility in work, combine safety with initiative, and better carry out safety construction. Especially in the project of making xxxx roof truss, this roof truss is more than 50 meters long, all of which are tubular structures and assembled as a whole. Due to the limited space, the construction tasks of the two teams are restricted as a whole. Once the roof truss is assembled, it must be hoisted as a whole, and then the next process is carried out. Because the roof truss is "wide and long", it is quite difficult for assemblers to choose integral hoisting. Ropes should be prepared properly, and multi-machine cranes should be integrated. Otherwise, the roof truss may be distorted and it is difficult to correct all tubular structures. In order not to deform the components, I thought of many ways to call the crane driver to communicate together. If the speed is fast, wait until the speed is slow, and listen to the command of a special person and lift it uniformly. Due to proper preparation, large-scale components will turn over and shift as a whole, which is stable and safe and well received by everyone.

Two apprentices (xxx, xxx) are responsible for passing on, helping and bringing skills. They are very strict in teaching and answering questions at work, and teach them what they know without reservation, which greatly improves their skills.
