Tai Ji Chuan's body-building regimen: Twenty-four Tai Chi regimen.
The most fundamental content of Tai Ji Chuan is the thirteen potentials of "bending", "smoothing", "squeezing", "pressing", "picking", "bending", "leaning", "advancing", "retreating", "looking around" and "centering", and "standing in the village" is one of the best ways to practice centering.

In the Secret Spectrum of Taiji Biography in Qing Dynasty, there is a saying that "study hard, keep the Middle-earth by law-establish a village by common name", and further expounds that "the Middle-earth is difficult but does not leave its position" and "there are roots in the formula". The main exercise form of Dacheng Boxing (Italian Boxing) is standing Zhuang, and there are more than 20 Zhuang methods. The main Zhuang methods of Shaolin Boxing are "Li Chan Pile (Zhuang)" and "Siping" Ma Bu Pile (Zhuang) "; The positions of Xingyiquan are mainly "three-body" and "Gankun Pile (Zhuang)". In a word, in China Kung Fu, almost all sects have a foothold, and all of them have included it in the most important basic skills.

Standing kungfu: the only symbol of Tai Chi.

Over the years, I have been to Shaolin "Ma bu" or horse stance just look, Dacheng Boxing Mixed Pile, Tai Ji Chuan Taiji Zhuang, Bagua Palm Walking Circle Pile and Intelligent Qigong Three-Heart Parallel Station Zhuang; I have studied Twelve Villages in Emei, Xingyiquan's "Three-body Pile, Fixed Pile", Drunken Boxing Standing Pile and Natural Gate Short Step Pile. These "Zhuang" or "Zhuang" are the same in essence, but their explanations and connotations are slightly different because of the different "Zhuang" or "Zhuang" used by various factions.

Shang Ji, a teacher of Xingyiquan, believes that standing pile is a training method that requires standing still according to a certain form. Shaolin Boxing Department believes that the meaning of pile is wooden stake, which generally refers to the pile that shrinks underground, and also refers to the part left on the ground after the tree is cut, which means that it is as static and stable as a tree; The word "Zhuang" in the Twelve Villages in Emei, which means a road extending in all directions, is best described in Bao Zhao's "Wu Cheng Fu" in the Southern Song Dynasty: "When the river is restored, the four villages will reach five places".

Generally speaking, the word "Zhuang" is mostly used for static stumps, while the twelve Zhuang, Shen Xing Zhuang and Wuyuan Zhuang in Emei are not static, so the word "Zhuang" is used. Although I can't stand steadily, I have adjusted my body and mind, and my kung fu has advanced to many levels. It is also called "Zhuang" because it is a method of self-cultivation integrating martial arts, Taoism and Buddhism.

Standing in the village is of great significance to improve the level of physical and mental cultivation and the realm of kung fu. Therefore, people who are interested had better take the time to practice standing posture. Because there are many popular methods of standing in the village, learners are either at a loss or practice many kinds every day. If you are at a loss, you will form a mentality of not knowing what to practice; If you learn more and practice more, it will not be easy to form order, and you can't keep your kung fu.

After more than 20 years of exploration, I have basically understood the connotation of standing in the village according to the gist of Taiji Master. In essence, as the cornerstone of Tai Ji Chuan's internal strength training, it is not necessary to stand in the village, but three village methods are enough. These three methods are: Wuji Village, Diaozhuang Village and Mixed Zhuang Yuan.

Wuji Zhuang is mostly performed before and after boxing, which can be regarded as one of the components of Tai Ji Chuan routine, so it is not necessary to take it out for exercise alone.

The lifting villa can be practiced between daily life and boxing practice, which is suitable for group practice.

It is very important to mix Zhuang Yuan, not only to devote special time to practice, but also to form the habit of standing in Zhuang Yuan without practicing boxing. In the whole life, it is best to experience it every day when you are mixed with Zhuang Yuan, that is, endless life, and endless life when you are mixed with Zhuang Yuan.

Mixing Zhuang Yuan: mixing body and mind, rank and god.

Mixing Zhuang Yuan is a "connecting the past with the future" method, which can be practiced by beginners and high-level kungfu practitioners. Beginners and high-level kung fu practitioners practice this village together. There is not much difference in external posture, but there will be a "world of difference" in internal realm.

Basic stance method: first, the sole of the foot sticks to the ground and then the heel spreads outward, forming a slightly inverted figure of eight, slightly wider than the shoulder, with the body slightly crouched and the tail pointing to the ground; Then, both hands seem to be holding a big balloon from each side of the body, rising slowly and raising it to the chest to embrace both hands, but not the shoulders, but the navel, generally at the same height as the chest. So, stand still for at least 30 minutes. Why stand for at least 30 minutes at a time? The ancients believed that human qi and blood ran in the body for 28 minutes in a week. Of course, it doesn't matter if a novice doesn't stand for 30 minutes because of his weak physical strength. Generally speaking, standing for 30 minutes every day, after 100 days, you will have the foundation of fitness kungfu, which is what the ancients called the hundred-day foundation. After 30 minutes, if you want to end the station, you can close your feet first and then get together as soon as possible, and then put your feet together on the ground; Hold the big balloon in your arms with both hands, just like holding it in your abdomen, and naturally close it. The man's left hand is on the bottom, and the woman's right hand is on the bottom, stacked together. Then according to the direction of "left, up, right and down", rub the abdomen counterclockwise for 9 times; After 9 times, massage the abdomen clockwise for 9 times according to the direction of "left, down, right and up". Finally, put your hands on your navel, stand quietly for 2~5 minutes, return your hands to your sides, and stand for another few minutes.
