Radish mutton sparerib
Ingredients: 700g of lamb ribs and 500g of white radish.
Seasoning: onion 10g ginger 10g salt 8g pepper 3g coriander 5g.
Production method:
Buy chopped lamb chops in the supermarket, wash them and cook them in cold water to remove the floating powder on the surface.
Add onion and ginger slices and stew lamb chops on low heat. Wash the white radish and cut it into thick slices (without peeling).
Stew lamb chops for about 1.5 hours, then add radish slices and continue stewing for about 45 minutes.
See the radish slices become transparent, add salt, pepper and coriander, turn off the heat and take out the pot.

Guizao yam soup
Ingredients: 0/2 pieces of red dates/kloc-,about 300g of Chinese yam, two spoonfuls of longan meat,
Seasoning: sugar 1/2 cups.
Exercise:
Soak the red dates until they are soft. Peel the yam and cut it into pieces, then cook it in clear water until it becomes soft. Add longan pulp and sugar to taste.
When the longan meat has been cooked until it is scattered, you can turn off the fire and serve it.
Yam has the function of strengthening spleen and stomach; Longan and jujube are beneficial to qi and blood, spleen and stomach.
