After a long period of research, Japanese medical scientists found that SOD acid-fast enzyme in human body can inhibit excessive oxygen. Enzymes are extremely important to life, and the human body cannot do without them. It is the key factor to supervise the production of various molecules and strengthen and maintain various physiological activities in the process of metabolism. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), an acid-fast enzyme needed by human body, is a beneficial enzyme naturally secreted by human body. It is helpful to remove excessive strong oxygen (also known as active oxygen) from human body, promote blood circulation and moisturize skin.
However, the amount of SOD contained in human body will decrease with age. Glacier water can promote the activity of enzymes in the body, reaching several times or even ten times that of ordinary water. It can enhance the immunity of the body and improve the activity of SOD enzyme in the body. Experiments show that drinking glacier water can increase SOD activity in vivo by 5 to 10 times. Effectively remove acidic waste from blood, prevent allergic diseases, effectively improve internal environment, keep skin and cells young and healthy, and delay human aging.
(2) Glacier water and the growth of animals and plants
Lanzhou Institute of Glacier and Frozen Soil, former Chinese Academy of Sciences, has also done a lot of scientific experiments. They chose glacier water, tap water and yellow river water for wheat experiments. The results showed that the wheat plant with glacier water was the highest, followed by tap water, and the Yellow River water was the worst, and the height of each plant was only half that of glacier water. People near the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau soaked cucumber and radish seeds in ice and snow water respectively, and finally found that the seed yield soaked in ice and snow water was much higher than that soaked in ordinary water, with cucumber increasing by 23% and radish increasing by 56%.
(3) Glacier water and making tea
As early as ancient times, people realized the role of glacial water. The forty-first chapter of China's classic Dream of Red Mansions records that Jia Baoyu was tasting tea in Cui 'an, and Miao Yu, the abbot of the monastery, entertained Jia Baoyu with tea made of melted ice and snow five years ago, so that he could taste it carefully. The fruit was very light and pure and appreciated it very much.
Tea must be born in water. The ancients divided the water content of tea into "plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum". Among them, "the water of plums" is a sacred product in water that real tea drinkers can meet but can't ask for;
Through the physical and chemical detection of tea experts, it is found that glacier water is the top-grade water that can meet the six elements of tea-making water: clear, light, lively, sweet, bitter and soft. The quality of making tea with glacier water, such as taste and color, has been widely recognized and highly praised by people in the tea industry. Glacier water is extremely active and can fully extract caffeine, polyphenols, amino acids, pigments, aromatic substances and so on. From tea, it presents different tea fragrance, tea color and tea taste. The taste of tea is enjoyment, and the tea ceremony is integrated with health preservation.
(4) Glacier water and radiation resistance
Glacier water is a rare natural "DDW ultra-light water (low deuterium water)" in the world. The main feature of this ultra-light water is that the deuterium content in the water is lower than that in ordinary drinking water. It is directly related to deuterium content. There are three isotopes of hydrogen: deuterium, deuterium and tritium. The lower the deuterium content, the smaller the weight of water, so it is called light water, and vice versa.
Many scientists devote themselves to the research of "light water" and try to create a kind of drinking water with low deuterium content. Light water is a special kind of water. It is light because it excludes the heavier isotopes of hydrogen and oxygen atoms. There are more neutrons in the nuclei of heavier isotopes than ordinary hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms, so water will naturally become lighter when it is removed. "Light water" has very good biological characteristics, which can protect the human body from the harm of a small amount of radioactive substances contained in ordinary water, so it is very suitable for people who are vulnerable to radiation at work.
According to reports, Yuri Snyak, a professor at the Russian Institute of Medicine and Biology, announced at a meeting held to commemorate the successful development of the life support system for space flight that research shows that "light water" containing very little heavier isotopes of deuterium, tritium and oxygen has a series of very beneficial biological characteristics. A series of experiments conducted by scientists in this institute have confirmed that "light water" can effectively resist radiation: those mice that have suffered too much radiation can still survive for a long time after drinking "light water".
(5) Application of low deuterium water (glacier water) in medical field.
There are few reports on the research of low deuterium water in China, and there are some patented technologies for the preparation of low deuterium water, but most of them lack substantive research content. In the United States, Japan and other developed countries, the application of this low deuterium water has been extended to the medical field. Deuterium water not only has the functions of activating immune cells, improving the basic metabolic level of the body, resisting cell mutation and delaying aging, but also has certain auxiliary treatment and prevention effects on some stubborn cancers, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, which is of great significance to human health.
