1, kelp sparerib soup
Features: delicious and practical.
Ingredients: ribs, kelp.
Practice: soak kelp, steam for half an hour, take it out and soak it in water for 4 hours. After soaking thoroughly, cut into cubes. Wash the ribs, blanch them in a boiling water pot, take them out and soak them in warm water. Put the spareribs, shallots, ginger slices and yellow wine into a pot, first boil them with high fire, then boil them with medium fire, then pour in kelp pieces and cook them together.
2, Flammulina velutipes Asparagus Soup
Features: the soup is clear and delicious, which enhances the body's disease resistance.
Ingredients: asparagus 100g, Flammulina velutipes 50g, refined salt 5g, pepper 0.5g, monosodium glutamate 0g, chopped green onion 100g, clear soup 1000g.
