Suyukou National Forest Park is located in Helanshan National Nature Reserve, 50 kilometers northwest of Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia, and is a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
Suyukou National Forest Park is located in the middle temperate arid climate zone, with an altitude of 2,960 meters, an area of 9,300 hectares and a vegetation coverage rate of 70%. There are 898 species of wildlife resources, including cherry valley, sightseeing ropeway and other attractions.
Helanshan Museum
Helanshan Museum was built in 2004, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. It consists of 13 museums, including the Rock Sheep Pavilion, the landform sand table of Helan Mountain, the Museum of History and Culture, and the Museum of Mineral Resources and Environment, with 467 exhibits. It is a comprehensive modern museum with the theme of animal and plant resources, geological changes, history and culture in Helan Mountain.
Sanqingguan
Customs clearance is a Taoist place, an antique building with red walls and gray tiles, sitting west to east, with its back against the mountain peak. Taoist temple has a history of 800 years and was destroyed by war. The reconstruction began in the second half of 2004 and was completed in July 2005.
Yingtaogu
Cherry Valley is 2 kilometers long and is named after its wild cherry trees. It belongs to the canyon landscape and is one of the core scenic spots of Suyukou National Forest Park. Helanshan Que
Helan Mountain Que Scenic Area is located in the north of Suyukou National Forest Park, with an area of 1 129 hectares. The scenic spot takes religious culture as the theme, forests and mountains as the support, places of interest as the focus, outdoor adventure as the feature, and integrates sightseeing, religious culture, health preservation and vacation.
