(1) Xiachong Beach of Daya Bay Recreation Ground
Xiayong is located in the south of Huiyang County, with a crescent-shaped beach of 1 100 meters. It is an ideal natural bathing beach, with islands scattered all over the sea and beautiful scenery. There are also many ships sailing to nearby islands such as Dajia Island and Triangle Island.
Play: beach swimming, airship, cruise ship (for a day or two), diving, catching crabs, picking up shells, playing volleyball and eating barbecue.
Transportation: 1) You can take a bus from Huizhou Coach Station to Daya Bay Station (8 yuan/person) for about 40 minutes, and then ask Wen (chartered by 50 yuan, which can take five people) to get off at Xiayong Bay.
Admission: 10 yuan (the attractions inside are counted separately).
Food and shelter: Come out of the playground and walk along the seaside, and you can see many food stalls. Seafood is fresh, but the price is similar to Guangzhou. There are villas for rent in the playground. I didn't stay there. The estimated price should be around 200 yuan/night. You can bring your own tent if you like.
(2) Huizhou West Lake
Located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, it consists of West Lake Scenic Area, Honghua Lake Scenic Area and Jinshan Lake Scenic Area. Honghuahu Scenic Area is mainly composed of Honghuahu Reservoir, Dashibi Reservoir and East-West Entrance Park. It is a new type of scenic spot with the functions of flood control, water supply, tourism and vacation, which is combined with the construction of medium-sized reservoirs, using unique terrain and environmental conditions, supporting construction and comprehensive utilization. The natural environment of the scenic spot is elegant and full of wild interest. At present, the East Entrance Park, which has dual functions of city park and scenic spot entrance, has been open all day. The "Water Curtain Waterfall", one of the eight scenic spots in the West Lake, has been restored in the park. It also plans to restore historical landscapes such as "three pavilions and one hospital" and build modern scenic spots and facilities such as bird world.
Transportation: Just tell the driver to get off at Huizhou Telecommunications Bureau. After getting off the bus, you will see a big archway that says "Huizhou West Lake", which is the back door of the West Lake. The front door faces the lake, so you can walk around the lake to the pedestrian street. There is also a Taoist temple where you can burn incense.
Food recommendation: There is a "Clay Pot King" opposite Huizhou Telecom Bureau, which is not very tasty and cheap.
Accommodation: West Lake Hotel has good facilities, 200 yuan/night.
(3) Honghuahu Water Park
A water park as big as Guangzhou hippo. Two 70-degree-inclined high slides frightened the amusement players, but they were also quite exciting. There are also surf pools, color slides, indoor swimming pools and so on. Tickets are not expensive, just 15 yuan. There are not many people in the best places, and there is no need to queue up to buy slides.
Transportation: 1) Huizhou Telecommunications Bureau takes Texi and arrives around 8.5 yuan (from 5 yuan, Huizhou, 2 yuan per kilometer).
2) Take bus 19 and get off at the main station.
(4) Longmen Hot Springs
Longmen Hot Spring is located in Hotpot Village, Wangping Town, Longmen County, Huizhou City, which is 10 km away from the county seat. Longmen Nankun Mountain is in the west, Lvwan Lake in Heyuan is in the east, and the Long (Gate) New (Feng) Highway passes through the territory.
Longmen Hot Spring covers an area of 500,000 square meters, and the hot spring area is 80,000 square meters. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the trees are shaded, the air is fresh and the environment is elegant. Longmen Hot Spring Resort has more than 300 beds and more than 400 dining places. Because of its high iron content, it has a rare reputation as a "golden spring" and is the best warm mineral spring for getting rid of diseases and strengthening the body.
There are 42 hot spring pools of different sizes in Longmen Hot Spring Area, which are divided into four categories: entertainment, health care, fun and leisure, so that each guest can get what he needs and enjoy the pleasure of bathing.
