Lung cancer can be treated by qigong. The so-called qigong therapy can dredge meridians, smooth qi and blood, and mediate emotions. Practicing qigong is beneficial to the physical recovery of lung cancer patients. Exercise method: naturally lie on your back, put your palms behind your head, straighten and bend your lower limbs 60 ~ 90 degrees, close your eyes, raise your head, stay in your abdomen, touch your tongue on your palate, and adjust your breathing (about 8 ~ 10 times, 3 ~ 4 times after 1 month).
Sit up and paddle, stay in your abdomen, bend your elbows to your ears, then push forward, exhale, exert your feet, then pull your hands back to your ears, inhale, and exert your heels. Mouth slightly closed, look forward, take a deep breath, breathe for a long time, and do 10 ~ 20 times. When you practice for a certain time, you can exhale when you breathe (hum when you breathe, hi when you breathe). Take a squat posture, sink your shoulders and elbows, abdomen with your chest, bend your upper limbs and make a fist gently, put them on the outside of your knees, squat below your knees, and stay in the middle of your abdomen. Immediately, stretch your hand up to shoulder height and let your palm shine.
Take advantage of the trend, jump and squat with your feet and heels off the ground, immediately land and inhale violently. When you recover, exhale slowly (breathe through your nose). The breathing ratio is 5: 1 or 4: 1, and you jump and squat about 5 ~ 10 times per minute.
