Yang can warm and nourish the human body. Look at nature. In spring and summer, there is plenty of sunshine, warm climate, strong mobility of animals and plants and rapid growth. But in autumn and winter, when it is cold, everything will be depressed, plants will wither and plants will hibernate. So do people.
