But I was not proficient in tongue diagnosis at that time. After I felt strange in my heart, I began to analyze the symptoms and confidently analyzed them for everyone: Of course, thirst is a great loss of body fluid, and it must be yin deficiency, so I must nourish yin!

As a result, I discussed it with everyone and gave three prescriptions for nourishing yin.

At that time, we thought it might be that the medicine was not strong enough, so we prescribed three prescriptions for nourishing yin.

The result still has no effect.

I was dumbfounded. I think this disease is not so simple and helpless. Later, I heard that the patient was going to Beijing to see the children, so I told the patient to go to Beijing to find a famous doctor. This matter has been in my mind for so many years, and it has always been a place of great guilt. I was not sure about this, so I wrote a prescription, because I didn't know much, so I delayed people. Sometimes when I think about it, I feel that if I want to meet this rural woman again, I must bow my head and apologize to others. Later, I read more books myself, only to know that it is not because of yin deficiency, but because the water in the body is too wet, and the water accumulates in the bladder, which is unfavorable for gasification, resulting in problems in the whole water distribution system, so the body is still in a state of water shortage. At this time, some places have a lot of water, but other places are short of water, so I am thirsty, but the water I drink will soon urinate.

At this time, we should use Zhang Zhongjing's diuretic prescription, such as the famous Wuling powder. I met several such patients later, and to my relief, I handled this problem correctly later.

For example, a middle-aged woman is thirsty. She has been drinking water and urinating a lot. She describes herself as a rectum. She drinks water and urinates. She needs two thermos bottles of water every day, but she is still very thirsty. I had a checkup. I once suspected that I had a tumor in my brain, but it turned out that there was no tumor.

When I saw this woman, I felt time to go back. I feel that the case I encountered in school a long time ago has reappeared. I thought to myself, I can't make any mistakes this time.

Experts say that people can't fall in the same place.

So I carefully observed that this woman's tongue coating is a thick and greasy thing, covering the whole tongue, and the tongue coating is covered with saliva. This tongue picture shows the wet weight of water in the body.

So, I opened Jiawei Wuling powder. After taking three doses of medicine, the woman began to drink less water, and later took several doses, which basically returned to normal. Everyone was surprised. I thought this disease should be very dangerous anyway, but I recovered so quickly. This is the charm of classic prescriptions.

Later, there were several cases, such as an old woman's daughter-in-law came to see me, which was the same problem. She keeps drinking water every day, and at the same time she is afraid of the cold. She wears several more clothes than others, and her tongue is covered with white fur. So I also tried Wuling powder. Later, the patient basically recovered without many auxiliary drugs.

There are also some strange patients, such as a fixed period of time every year, who will definitely have a fever and a low fever. I have encountered several cases of this, and the low-grade fever has been repeated for several years. Finally, I analyzed it, and it was also the bladder that stored water, which was not conducive to gasification. Wuling powder was also used, and the result was cured soon. Therefore, we should read more books. We should study the mystery of body conditioning that Zhang Zhongjing's ancestors thought hard about, otherwise we won't know our body.

So, what is the truth in this Wuling powder?

It turns out that Wuling powder is composed of Polyporus, Poria, Alisma orientalis, Atractylodes macrocephala and Cinnamomum cassia. As you can see, in the Gui Ling Shugan Decoction we talked about before, except for the roasted licorice, all the other three drugs are in it. Poria cocos eliminates dampness, Atractylodes macrocephala tonifies spleen, and Guizhi warms yang and turns qi. At the same time, Zhang Zhongjing also added Polyporus and Alisma orientalis.

Both Polyporus umbellatus and Alisma orientalis are wet with water, and the bladder meridian and kidney meridian are cleaned with water. Therefore, this means that when we are more sure that the problem of water dampness mainly occurs in the bladder, we can use Wuling powder, and its application site is more concentrated. We call it TCM targeted therapy. In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, the symptoms treated by this prescription are: dysuria, unbearable thirst, slight fever, sharbat vomiting and so on.

The general explanation of this prescription is that Wuling powder can cure the exterior evil of the sun, which spreads to the bladder meridian and fu-organs of the sun, resulting in unfavorable bladder gasification, water storage and lower coke, leading to the same disease of the sun meridian and fu-organs.

I guess everyone will faint when they see this. It's all terms. Let me give you an analogy in the form of a picture. For example, there is a big river which is our mother river. We built a reservoir in the middle of the river. The reservoir is responsible for many water conservancy projects. These water conservancy projects send some water to vast farmland and some water to the downstream. This is a water conservancy system. Compared with our human body, this reservoir can be regarded as a bladder.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the concept of bladder is different from that of western medicine. The bladder of traditional Chinese medicine is the place where water and liquid meet. Under the evaporation of kidney qi, water and liquid are either transported to the whole body or excreted, but they are all completed under the evaporation of kidney qi. The bladder of western medicine is basically a place to store urine.

At present, the yang in our body is insufficient, and as a result, the gasification function is weakened, and water cannot be transported to the whole body or excreted, and as a result, water collects in the bladder. It's like a reservoir, frozen and unable to send water to farmland.

What will happen at this time? There was no water in the farmland, so I called the upstream and asked them to put more water. As a result, water began to increase, hoping to irrigate the fields.

However, when the water reached the reservoir, it was found to be all ice, and there was no water diversion, so it crossed the river and went straight downstream, and soon flowed into the sea. But the field is still not irrigated, so it is still urgent, or even more short of water, so the upstream demands more water, and as a result, more water flows into the sea.

So is the human body. Water is stored in the bladder, where it is frozen and can't be gasified, and our bodies can't be irrigated, so we are in a state of emergency, so we keep drinking water. But after drinking, the bladder doesn't work, and the water is directly discharged. The body is still helpless and in a state of emergency.

You see, this is why the patient keeps drinking water, but he is still thirsty.

At the same time, there will be a problem, because the reservoir is frozen, so a lot of water is not completely discharged directly from the body, and some still flow to various parts of the body and become abnormal water, which will cause many problems.

At this time, there is less water flowing out, so there is a problem with urine volume. This is called dysuria. There is always urine, but the amount of urine at a time is not much, which is very different from diabetes insipidus. Diabetes insipidus is how much urine you drink. Moreover, the decrease in urine volume is not good for urination.

If you don't pee completely, water will run around your body.

Let's imagine a picture. The human body is like a strange stone in Suzhou gardens. It's empty inside and there are many holes outside. When water is injected from above, it should flow out from the hole below, just like human urine. Now we freeze the bottom of the strange stone and block the hole below. What will happen? Water will come out of the hole above.

So is the human body. Many medical records have proved that Wuling powder can treat many diseases caused by excessive water and dampness.

For example, a doctor used Wuling Powder to treat pseudomyopia, and when he saw that the patient's tongue coating was thick and greasy, sharbat prescribed Wuling Powder. After fifteen doses of medicine, the patient's vision improved obviously.

There are also doctors who use Wuling powder to treat tinnitus, which is also caused by water dampness. The patient has used many drugs for purging fire or tonifying kidney, but they have no effect. So I used Wuling powder and six herbs, and the patient recovered.

I also gave this patient Wuling powder. The patient suffered from tinnitus. I saw that her tongue was covered with moss, and it was obviously wet with water. Therefore, no matter what disease she is, she should first get wet with water, and then see what other diseases there are before adjusting. So I opened Wuling powder to taste. As a result, after taking several doses of medicine, tinnitus disappeared. This also made me understand the truth of Chinese medicine again. Traditional Chinese medicine believes in the self-repair ability of the human body. Chinese medicine may not distinguish what disease the patient has, but only remove the problems inside the patient's body and let the patient recover on his own.

Some doctors use Wuling powder to treat epilepsy. Zhang Zhongjing said in synopsis of the golden chamber that Wuling powder was used to treat epilepsy. Later, the doctor also practiced it and found that Zhang Zhongjing was right. Part of epilepsy caused by wet water can achieve good results by this method, because the brain is the house of clearing yang. If the water is wet, there will be various problems. Of course, there are other syndromes of epilepsy, which need dialectical treatment.

In addition, Wuling powder is also used to treat dizziness, vomiting, fever, hyperhidrosis and other symptoms caused by severe water and dampness. The principle of traditional Chinese medicine is: no matter what disease you have (the names of diseases are endless, and we will never exhaust them), we just look at what causes your disease. If it is caused by wet water, we will remove the wet water, and then your own body will try its best to recover.

There is a term in Chinese medicine called "treating different diseases at the same time", which means: although the names of diseases are different, if the causes are the same, then if we remove the causes, the diseases will be eliminated. I have said so much, you may think it has nothing to do with yourself. Anyway, I don't have diabetes insipidus or dizziness or tinnitus. In fact, what I want to tell you is that we modern people are very wet, because we don't exercise much, because we have less sunshine, because we have air conditioning, and because we have more opportunities to drink cold drinks. In short, it is estimated that water is definitely heavier than the ancients, and it is definitely heavier than people in the fifties and sixties anyway. At that time, people were malnourished. Sometimes, when I feel people's pulse and check their tongue coating, I will find that most people are wet with water, and there are many people with tongue coating. Therefore, eliminating dampness is an important task for people in our time.

I don't want everyone to be a classic. What we are learning is Zhang Zhongjing's recipe for keeping in good health. Zhang Zhongjing's medicine direction describes how harmful water is when it is wet in the body, and how we should turn it into normal water to make our bodies healthy.

Therefore, Wuling Powder and Gui Ling Shugan Decoction are of great guiding significance. Zhenwu Decoction used when yang deficiency is serious is a series of prescriptions for treating water dampness by Zhang Zhongjing. It is said that there are famous fire agents and aqua (water vapor) in Yiyin decoction, which was the famous prescription at that time. According to Liu Duzhou's analysis, Wuling Powder, Gui Ling Shugan Decoction and other prescriptions are all famous aqua.

When I am conditioning everyone now, because most people I meet have wet water problems, I will remove the wet water first, otherwise it will affect the next conditioning. For example, some people directly use nourishing methods, and as a result, moisture and nourishing Chinese medicines are mixed together, and the more they make up, the more chaotic they are.
