1. The healthy group reaches the planned new west ring road in the west, with an area of about 10 square kilometers. Including Jizhou famous garden, institutional headquarters base, ecological residential group, theme business and other functional components, is an important part of the new city ecological green ring.

2. The cultural group is about 7 square kilometers west of the planned new West Ring Road. As the future urban cultural center of Jixian County, it is composed of two themes: modern culture and historical royal gardens. It will be integrated with the Central Green Park to build a cultural industrial zone and a low-carbon demonstration community dominated by cultural theme industries.

3. The piedmont group is located in the north of the present North Ring Road, about 7 square kilometers. Relying on the characteristic mode of "leisure, vacation and residence", the development along Fujun Mountain will build high-grade and high-standard tourism and leisure facilities that match its functions.

4. The central group is about 1 1 km2. It will be the future administrative, commercial and business center of Jixian County. Central Park is the green core of the whole Jixian County, an important urban public open space and the core power area for the development of Jixian New Town.

5. The ancient city group is about 3 square kilometers. It focuses on renovation and restoration, focusing on maintaining the texture and spatial scale of the original streets, and the building is still multi-storey. The reconstruction of the building is also characterized by reflecting local folk customs and strengthening the construction of supporting facilities.

6. The old city group is about 13 square kilometers. Plan not to build high-rise buildings, strengthen the construction of supporting facilities, realize all supporting infrastructure, and create a good living environment and living conditions.

7. Holiday Group is located in the north of Qiaoshui Reservoir, with an area of 10 square kilometer. The back of the mountain faces the lake, and the natural landscape is superior. It is a conference, tourism, leisure and holiday destination in the back garden of Beijing and Tianjin, and will be built into a hotel cluster in Jixian County.

8. The characteristic town cluster is located in the south of He Qiao Reservoir and Zhouhe River and in the north of Daqin Railway, with an area of about 12 square kilometers. In order to protect the resettlement areas in the reservoir area, we plan to build demonstration areas and characteristic tourist areas for the construction of new socialist countryside and small towns.
