The rice flour industry in Xiapuzheng Village is dominated by low-level, small-scale and scattered processing workshops, with low overall processing level, backward production equipment and technology, weak brand and quality benefits, and increasingly prominent environmental pollution problems.

In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of rice flour industry in Xiapuzheng Village, Gao Qiao Street, with the help of provincial collective economic development projects, through the integration of resources, Industry-University-Research and agriculture and tourism, a demonstration highland of characteristic agricultural and sideline products processing integrating production and processing, visiting experience and tertiary industry was built.
