Which do you think is more important, physical health or mental health?
For me, body and mind are one, so they are equally important. First of all, if there is something wrong with the body, it will affect mental health. For example, the psychological endurance of cancer patients plays a very important role in rehabilitation. For example, chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, if combined with psychotherapy, will greatly promote rehabilitation; Secondly, psychological problems will also be reflected in the body, such as excessive stress, prone to insomnia, headache and other physical symptoms. Depression can lead to loss of appetite or overeating, which in turn leads to very serious headache, insomnia and weight loss. Finally, the interaction between body and mind. Only when both body and mind are healthy can a person be healthy. Therefore, personally, we can't choose a more important one, that is, both sides are healthy.

Physical health and mental health are complementary and indispensable partners. It's hard to say whether a healthy person cares about unhealthy. Similarly, a mentally healthy person, most of the body is also healthy.

I hate my experience in this respect. My body is coming, and the pressure from all sides seems to be not pressure, but can be solved and borne. But if I am in poor health, even a little thing will make me feel very upset and difficult to deal with, as if I have reached a dead end and completely collapsed.

Similarly, a mentally healthy person seldom gets sick and is in good health. A person with a strong heart will rarely be overwhelmed by any blow and get sick. However, a fragile person often can't stand the blow, and he will often get sick when he encounters anything and obstacles.

Infants and young children can best reflect this aspect. Healthy children are very happy every day and seldom cry. They are totally happy. On the other hand, a child who is in poor health (whether sick or eating improperly) will cry.

Therefore, a truly healthy person is not only physically free from diseases, but also psychologically healthy and has strong social adaptability.

Both of them are healthy, and neither of them is lacking. If you insist on comparison, mental health is the most important.

If a person is healthy and lacks mental health, such a person must be a withdrawn person. In severe cases, people will have the idea of destroying the healthy life of society and others, or commit illegal acts.

If we are unhealthy, we can exercise, see a doctor and adjust our diet, and our bodies will recover gradually.

We should also treat people with unhealthy inner feelings: some people have unhealthy inner feelings: self-irritability, inability to interact with society normally, depression at ordinary times, self-isolation, etc.

Such people must seek counseling from psychological counselors, have their own interests in life, be more proactive, have more contact with people, have their own confidants, and go out for a walk. Travel can cure self-isolation

May we all be healthy people, with healthy minds and bodies. When they are all healthy, we are perfect people.
