How do men keep fit?
Men are healthy. I don't drink, smoke or eat Chili. Do not gamble. Get up and do 60 sit-ups every day. 60 times of Lev sit-ups, 10 times of carp beating, 10 times of somersault. After that, eat a spoonful of black beans soaked in vinegar, and then eat 10 red dates, 20 medlars, a spoonful of black cheese and 5 peanuts.
