What are the practices of salt and pepper spareribs?
The practice of salted pork ribs is as follows:

1. Material: 250g of ribs, 2g of cooking wine, 30g of white powder, 0.5g of monosodium glutamate, 25g of sugar, 3g of vinegar15g, 3g of salt and pepper, 0g of cooked lard1000g (dosage 75g) and 20g of soy sauce.
