Liangcheng Xincun Street is a sub-district office under the jurisdiction of Hongkou District.

Liangcheng Xincun Street is located in the northwest of Hongkou District, south to Guangzhong Road, north to Kuizhao Road, east to Shuidian Road and west to Yujingpu. It is adjacent to jiangwan town Street in the east and north, Yujing Port in the west, Guangzhong Road Street in the south, and faces Zhabei District. The whole area is 3. 14 square kilometers, with a permanent population of 67673.

Liangcheng Xincun Street was originally a part of jiangwan town, and was included in Hongkou District from Baoshan District together with jiangwan town in June 1984, and was listed as the seventh five-year residential development zone in Shanghai. 1986, the district municipal construction headquarters was established in the local territory. 1986, in order to build a new station of Shanghai Railway Station, the city moved a large number of residents from Zhabei to this place. 1987 jiangwan town is set aside in this district, and Liangcheng Xincun Sub-district Office is set up separately.

-Culture

In April of the Republic of China 16 (1927), Shanghai University moved to this place (where Liangcheng No.2 Middle School in Cash Source Community is located) and closed on May 4. In September of that year, the Labor University was founded here and closed in 19. The school building was destroyed in the1February 28th incident. After 1992, private medical units such as naval base and electric machinery bureau 12 opened in their respective residential areas. 1993 There were 1 middle schools, 4 primary schools and 8 kindergartens and nurseries. Liangcheng Park, street cultural station, library and Wenhua Happy Leisure Village built by the Workers' Cultural Palace of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions have been opened to residents.
