Article 18 Units and individuals engaged in the sale and processing of live pig products, restaurants, hotels, canteens and other units shall establish a registration system for the purchase of live pig products, and the live pig products sold or used shall be the live pig products slaughtered by the pig slaughtering plant (field) that has passed the quarantine inspection. Chapter V Supervision and Inspection Article 19 The competent agricultural and rural authorities shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of slaughtering activities in designated slaughtering plants (fields) and the sale, processing and use of pig products, and investigate and deal with illegal acts of pig slaughtering according to law.
