How to learn the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine well?
In order to help the self-taught candidates learn the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as soon as possible and master the key points and difficulties, my teaching experience is summarized as follows.

Combine practice and clinic to deepen understanding.

Combined with the reality of life, the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is more important than speculation, abstraction and practicality, but weaker than intuition, concreteness and poor operability. Therefore, in learning, paying attention to understanding with your previous cultural knowledge and common sense of life often gets twice the result with half the effort.

For example, take the shape of moss on the surface of stones or other objects soaked in river water for a long time in summer as an example to understand the nature of greasy, explain the relationship between greasy tongue coating and water wetness, and thus understand the pathogenic characteristics of wet sticky greasy. Combined with previous clinical practice, abstract theory is integrated into common diseases. For example, after human skin catches cold, it may appear chills, anhidrosis, nasal congestion and runny nose, chest tightness and cough, etc. After taking traditional Chinese medicine to disperse lung and relieve exterior syndrome, the cold is cured. This explains the medical principles of lung anchor powder, resuscitation and nasal congestion, and skin closure in vivo.

Combine health care knowledge and integrate medical theory into preventive health care. Combine modern medical theory to deepen the scientific understanding of Chinese medicine theory. 2. Summarize similarities and differences, sum up laws and help memory.

Memorization of songs and rhymes: Make some difficult contents into songs and memorize them.

Inductive memory method: for the contents of related or similar chapters, pay attention to the overall grasp, find out their * * * same laws, and help students remember.

Comparative memory method: for some confusing contents, pay attention to identification and find out their similarities and differences. Chart memory method: summarize the knowledge with complex content and similar form and draw it into a chart, which is simple and clear and helpful for memory. In short, we should pay attention to closely following the teaching syllabus, connecting with life and clinical practice, and integrating profound medical theories into simple examples; And summarize in time to help remember. Only in this way can we achieve the goal of profound understanding and firm grasp in a short time.
