Practice of black rice sea cucumber porridge
1. Wash the soaked sea cucumber (I use Chaoyang sea cucumber at home) and cut it into pieces for later use.
2. Wash the black rice, soak it in clear water for 2 hours, then put it in the pot, add water until it is cooked, then add the sea cucumber pieces and cook for 5 ~ 10 minutes.
Efficacy: This porridge has the effects of appetizing, invigorating spleen, nourishing yin and enriching blood, and moistening dryness.
