200 acupoints, known as the strange acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine, come from the Yulong Jing, an acupuncture and moxibustion work in Shen Ying, Bian Que. "Medical Outline" records: "200 points are used to treat hemorrhoid bleeding, which is urgent and then heavy, or itchy or painful". The therapeutic effect of 200 points on anal diseases is remarkable. It is located at the front of forearm, 4 inches above the transverse striation of the distal carpometacarpal, on both sides of the flexor carpi radialis tendon, at 2 o'clock in one limb, and at * * 4 o'clock, reach out and lift the carpometacarpal. Indications: hemorrhoids, proctoptosis, forearm pain, chest pain, etc. It has the effects of harmonizing qi and blood, lifting anus and eliminating hemorrhoids.

"Two" refers to quantity. "White" means white and bright. This point is located on both sides of the flexor carpi radialis tendon, where the meat is tender and the skin is white, and there are two points on one side, hence the name "Erbai".

1, treatment of hemorrhoids: Erbai (acupuncture diarrhea); Dachangshu (picking therapy);

2. Treatment of proctoptosis: Erbai (acupuncture); Changqiang point (acupuncture); Baihui (warm moxibustion).

3, two whites with Baihui, long and strong, cure proctoptosis.

4, two white with Changqiang, Yaoyangguan, second jaw, Chengshan, Sanyinjiao, cure hemorrhoids.

Many clinical studies have proved that Erbai point can obviously relieve postoperative pain, bleeding and edema of mixed hemorrhoids.

Ear white point is a strange point outside the meridian, located in the upper arm, and it is convenient to take points. It has the advantages of definite clinical efficacy, accurate positioning, convenient treatment and rapid and lasting curative effect in treating anorectal diseases. Acupuncture not only has analgesic effect, but also has the functions of diminishing inflammation, promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding.
