Throughout history, what did the ancient people in China follow? Wushu, qigong, internal strength, Daogong? The road to cultivation. Kung fu is ok? Refining? Can qigong strengthen the body and prevent diseases? Refining gas? Dredge meridians and prolong life. Daogong ok? Refine god? , condensation and then, hooray. Let me tell you something: Kung Fu, Qigong and Daogong.

Kung fu qigong daogong

First, martial arts in monasticism? Refining? An important method

If you want to cultivate a monastery, you must first exercise, and martial arts is the best means to recharge your batteries. The essence is insufficient, the bone marrow is not full, the limbs are ruined, the internal organs are unhealthy, and life is lost, let alone sex work. There is no achievement in human nature, and unity with Tao is empty talk. Therefore, refined foot is the foundation of monasticism. Lv Dongbin has made it clear? It's hard to rob the ghost of holiness if you only cultivate your heart and not your life. . At present, most monks are prone to make this mistake, thinking that chanting Buddha and meditation can make a positive result. In fact, this is equivalent to Gai Lou on the beach, and will eventually fail. If you want to be full of marrow and feet, you must turn to martial arts training. Because Wushu is the most systematic and comprehensive exercise for the body, it is the result of predecessors' continuous summing up of fitness experience. If you are strong, you will have high-quality food for monasticism, and you will be able to change your qi if you have nothing to do. How can you talk about gas if it is not fine enough? Only precision can guarantee your smooth practice. Otherwise, if you are asked to sit still for 6 to 8 hours every day, can you do it?

Without good health, it is difficult to live healthily, let alone practice monasticism. Buddhists created it to correct this problem? Shaolin boxing? Invented by Taoism? Tai Chi Chuan? Through martial arts to relax muscles, promote blood circulation and strengthen the body, so as to ensure the smooth progress of monasticism. However, many monks later did not understand this truth. They don't know that strength leads to essence, fullness leads to qi transformation, fullness leads to determination, and depth leads to enlightenment. It's really a pity. You know, you can't get the word blindly.

Anyone who practices martial arts should stick to the basic skills such as stretching muscles and leg press, kicking and swinging legs for a long time every day, especially the various leg techniques in martial arts. I summarized that there are as many as 14 kinds. If you keep practicing martial arts every day, the kidney meridian with insufficient yin and qi will be fully developed, the kidney essence will be greatly increased, and other endocrine glands in the body will be strengthened. Increasing bones and bone marrow is the least gain of Wushu. Therefore, the fitness value of Wushu is incomparable to any other sports.

Five elements boxing is highly targeted. Its? Fist? Exercise lung, drill fist to exercise kidney, collapse fist to exercise liver, cannon boxing to exercise heart, cross fist to exercise spleen, and repeated practice can achieve the purpose of strengthening internal organs. Another example is the Eight Diagrams Boxing, which is characterized by turning from a circle to a tree. When people turn from tree to tree, they walk like flying, and the muddy steps are buckled outside, twisting the waist and arms, which is of great value to the exercise of liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach and kidney.

Tai Ji Chuan's physical strength is even worse. When Tai Chi exercises excellent kung fu, you will involuntarily enter the state of Qigong. It can be said that people are in the air, the air is in people, and the air is all over the body, just like bathing in the spring breeze, while Tao Tao is like a fairy coming down to earth, intoxicated physically and mentally, and having endless fun. At this time, you are not boxing, but anger is taking you to boxing. That's why I often say that you just started boxing, and boxing will hit you later! But many people don't understand. It was only during my decades of practicing boxing that I accidentally realized this state, and then I suddenly realized Zhang Sanfeng's good intentions in creating boxing. Why does boxing become an advanced enjoyment? The reason is that, after being filled with Qi, the popular speed of Qi matches the uniform movement of Tai Ji Chuan, so the mind and mind are in harmony, meaning and Qi are in harmony, and Qi and body are in harmony, thus creating this wonderful place. In the long run, every cell in the whole body is immersed in the purification of qi. How can the body be unhealthy? Why do you say Tai Chi Chuan? You come to be a flesh-and-blood priest? ,? Is there any relaxation in the abdomen? That's why. A friend of mine has been practicing Xingyiquan since he was a child. When he was fifty years old, he had an accident. His index finger was sawed off by a chainsaw. He quickly picked up half a finger and ran to the hospital to ask the doctor to help him pick it up. But what I didn't expect was that when the doctors drilled holes in his phalanx and prepared to fix it with steel nails, they had a lot of effort, and the electric drill just couldn't get through, and the doctors were so anxious that they were sweating. Isn't this incredible? . I tried many times, but my finger still didn't succeed and I had to give up. Later, he realized that because he practiced Xingyiquan Santi, he stood for two hours every day, looked at his index finger and felt his breath, so that his phalanx became extremely hard that an electric drill could not get through. It can be seen that Wushu plays a great role in strengthening muscles and bones. What is the basic principle of practicing martial arts? Experience the abdomen? . Over time, Tian Dan can develop, so that you can receive the effect of producing sperm and fixing sperm. Essence is the root of life. Without it, how can we talk about monasticism?

Second, what is Qigong? Refining gas? It is a necessary means to dredge the channels of meridians.

When Wushu reaches the limit of physical fitness, if you want to improve your skills, you must enter the stage of qigong cultivation. Qigong is a deep-seated practice. Qigong is divided into two levels, one is primary Qigong. The first task should be to focus on ideas, through external breathing, with the goal of opening the body surface meridians; Second, advanced qigong, also known as internal strength, is a kind of soothing kung fu based on internal qi and aimed at opening deep meridians; There is no internal qi running in the body, so there is no internal cultivation at all. When the internal skill is completed, you can release the internal qi to the outside and hit people with qi. The tantric school divides the human body into three levels, namely, coarse body and mind (musculoskeletal, internal organs), fine body and mind (meridians and chakras) and fine wind heart (namely light, also known as dharma body), which is very scientific. We can solve the gross physical and mental health problems visible to the naked eye through Wushu, but we must solve them through Qigong at the meridian level. In other words, people's the twelve meridians can be straightened out through martial arts training, but when it comes to the more subtle eight meridians, it must be solved by generating sufficient internal qi. Therefore, some people say that the eight strange meridians are Taoist meridians, and only when they are all opened can monasticism be regarded as progress. Not only the eight strange meridians need to be connected, but also the meridians and meridians of every sweat hole in the whole body need to be connected.

The essence of Qigong is firstly the activation and development of Dantian, because Dantian is a place of producing essence, transforming qi and becoming an elixir. Sexual energy is vitality, and the abdomen is the key place to accumulate energy. Daoism is called Tian Dan, and tantric is called Shengfa Palace, which is located in traditional Chinese medicine? Guan yuan? Location. But many people mistakenly think that the abdomen is three inches inside the navel, which is very wrong. Not to mention the sense of accomplishment in practice, even grammar and logic are wrong. When the ancients wrote a book to discuss the name of an acupoint, they all put people in front and talked about it. How can they suddenly talk about dantian and then talk about people equally? So, are there acupuncture points at three inches of navel? Yes Is it called in Taoism? Bridge vein? This is where the adrenal gland is located. Practicing this pulse also contributes to the development of sexual function, but it is not the main area of sexual function development. In addition, the "Yinyi" point on the submarine chakra and the "Yongquan" point in the foot center are also directly related to the development of gonads. These four points are the main parts of cultivating and refining gas. Only through practice can we have a personal experience. There is no point in making wild guesses.

Besides, there are children? Midrib? It is also a key in qigong. Because the midrib governs the yin and yang meridians, they are interlinked, and the whole body is interlinked. Although Taoism often talks about the second pulse of Ren Du, it is not that it does not talk about the middle pulse. In Taoism, the middle pulse is called chong pulse, and the five pulses are connected together. What's it called? Five dragons hold saints? . The development of midvein must be based on dredging the two channels of Ren and Du. Taoism must use the Zhou Xiao Heavenly Palace to dredge the second meridian of Ren Du, and it must use the Continental Heavenly Palace to develop the middle meridian.

What does Indian yoga think? Midrib? On the ridge. Zhuangzi said? The governor thinks this is a classic. ? It can be seen that the middle meridian is closely related to the Du meridian spine. The experience of Wu Ruoru, chairman of the Buddhist Association, is that at first he felt that the midrib was in the spine, and later he gradually felt that the midrib moved to the back of the spine. That is, in the center of the body. My understanding is the same, and so are the feelings of many skilled practitioners. Why is this happening? In my opinion, this is why you have to go through the Du meridian first. Midrib is called Buddha pulse in Buddhism and fairy pulse in Taoism. Does this also mean? There is no truth in the avenue, and there is no truth in the sage. ? No matter where and who, there is only one truth. Buddhism, Taoism and yoga are interlinked.

Although there are many methods of qigong, but? Rest? However, exercise can not be ignored, it is an important means of pregnancy. What do you mean? What is the pause between breathing and inhaling? Interest? . So, do you want to breathe and suck? Interest? Make more efforts in the world, and only when you really enter the pregnancy can you really enter meditation and ethereal. You can't stop thinking if you don't stop. Now there are still many monks sitting there all day, treating a little peace as emptiness, which is wrong. The common fault of monks is stubbornness and emptiness. When the meridians are opened, the potential of the human body will be revealed, and some extraordinary forces will follow. Generally speaking, qigong can be divided into two categories: primary qigong and advanced qigong. All kinds of qigong in China are primary qigong, and advanced qigong is internal work, which must be practiced after gaining qi. In other words, the twelve meridians is the primary achievement method, while Tong Qi's eight meridians are the advanced achievement method.

Third, what is Daogong? Refine god? The key to enlightenment

When you enter the advanced stage of monasticism, when you are full of energy and your qigong skills reach the extreme, you will stagnate again. Shen Yuan? Dig deep, and then naturally enter the real spiritual cultivation stage. At the same time, only in this way can we solve the problem of life and death and become immortal. As Mr. Nan said: Martial arts is to fight against the fate of heaven and earth, and fight against the jade emperor, the universe and the king of hell for a lifetime. I don't listen to you, I want to listen to myself. This is Taoist kung fu. ? As Zhang Ziyang said:? Swallow an elixir into your stomach, and life is up to me. ? What stage is this? Refine the spirit? ,? Is the alchemist still empty? With what? Refine the virtual road? Stage. Only at this moment can human beings be truly integrated. That is to say, when the spirit in the body becomes one, it needs an alchemy to make it more pure. After all the yin is removed, it can become one with the Tao. What is this called? Man and nature are one? . In fact, this is to use the high energy of the universe to further smelt their own Dan body (that is, new advanced life). After being transformed into an external body, Yang Shen will be complete and sublimated into Superman. So, life is important? Midrib? Pass? Tianmen? Open, fetal interest. What is the importance of sex? See the heart and see the sex? . Is life a double success? Real people? .

The main means of Taoism is to enter deep meditation after stillbirth. Only in the deep void can we get rid of the five elements and absorb energy from the universe, which Taoism calls getting? Congenital. Therefore, the depth of Daogong depends entirely on the depth of meditation, with one layer of silence and one layer of function. The deeper the silence, the greater the effect. Therefore, Buddhism talks about meditation for nine times, while Taoism talks about breastfeeding for three years and facing the wall for nine years. That is to say, it must be realized? All five aggregates are empty? Until? Vanity shattered and the earth sank? , really forget me. When you enter a vacuum, you will really be transformed. If you gather, it will become a success, and if you disperse, it will become a wind? Ever-changing, follow one's inclinations, then you are a real person. This is the golden rule that our ancestors taught us.
