In general, the whole process of foreign degree certification and evaluation takes 20 working days. It should be noted that this time does not include the mailing time. The certification review time is from the date of passing the preliminary examination to the date of making the certification result. If the certification body fails to reply to our verification letter in time, the certification time may need to be extended accordingly.

The following academic degrees cannot be certified.

(1) Certificate of completion obtained from foreign language tutorial and other informal courses (such as short-term study);

(2) The research experience of trainees and visiting scholars proves;

(3) A foreign degree certificate issued by a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school without the approval of the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office;

(4) A diploma obtained from a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school with a bachelor's degree or below without the approval of the provincial or municipal education authorities;

(5) Foreign academic qualifications and degree certificates obtained by correspondence;
