What are these two birds?
The birds in the two pictures are not the same species. The budgerigar on the left has no wild population distribution in China (wings and back can't be seen, but it must be a parrot), but it is often used as an ornamental bird in captivity. The picture is as follows-

The bird on the right is a night heron, which is common in cities in South China. In some areas, they are also raised and eaten in restaurants under the trade name of "Night Crane".
