People in China speak healthily-it's better to ask for help than to ask for help.

Wonderful listening:
1. Physical and mental pleasure after exercise is a good exercise.
2. Choose the exercise that suits your internal organs before exercise. The exercise suitable for the liver is walking; The exercise suitable for kidney is jumping (squatting can replenish kidney deficiency and jumping can strengthen kidney); The exercise suitable for the heart is mountain climbing; The exercise suitable for spleen is kneeling; The exercise suitable for pericardium is walking slowly.
No exercise can make you tired, and fatigue won't last long.
If you know the exercise suitable for your five internal organs, you can exercise which one you want to supplement and which one you want to strengthen according to your physical condition, and then step by step.
1. The standard of good exercise: physical and mental pleasure after exercise.
Someone asked me, "Do you advocate health preservation instead of exercise? Is it better to stay still or move? Is it better to be tired and sweaty, or to sweat a little? " In fact, everything is different from person to person. Too much is not enough, everything emphasizes an appropriate one. What is appropriateness? After the exercise, if you are happy physically and mentally, feel no fatigue and discomfort, and have nothing to do, this kind of exercise will be helpful and beneficial to you.
On the other hand, you should know something about your body before exercise. People who are too weak, don't do strong exercise first, start by doing some exercise to make up for the deficiency; A healthy person can do a little strenuous exercise if he wants to become stronger. In other words, Zhang Fei's exercise is different from Lin Daiyu's, so he should choose the exercise that suits his internal organs.
How to find the exercise that suits your internal organs? In fact, when you were born, your internal organs told you what exercise you were suitable for, that is to say, your internal organs decided your athletic talent-your lungs are good at running, your liver is good at walking, your kidneys are good at jumping, your heart is good at climbing, your spleen is good at sitting (quiet), and your pericardium (cardiovascular position) is good at walking (walking is the most nourishing thing).
2. How to choose the exercise that suits your five zang-organs talent?
Now that we know the appropriate sports characteristics of the five zang-organs, we should choose the items suitable for the talent of the five zang-organs to exercise.
For example, some people say that running is a good thing. I am weak and want to exercise, but as long as I run, I will catch a cold in a couple of days, so I dare not run. Now that we know that this is due to lung qi deficiency, we should first replenish lung qi, such as moxibustion at Shu Fei point and arm rubbing at Chise point to maintain the lungs. If you go running again, you won't get infected easily.
Others said, "I get angry as soon as I run." I don't know why, but I didn't dare to run later. " When running, you will get angry because of insufficient liver qi, so you must soothe the liver first, and then you will not get angry when running. Therefore, you have to understand the functional state of the five internal organs, and then exercise will get twice the result with half the effort.
Speaking of which, some friends may want to ask. Earlier, you mentioned that the lung is "good" and the liver is "good". What is the difference between running and walking?
In fact, it is completely different, and the force point is different. No matter how fast you walk, you feel that you are walking with tendons, or pulling tendons; But as long as you run a little, you can directly use the cardiopulmonary function. Therefore, the point of exertion is different, and the place of exercise is different.
Also, the kidneys are "good at jumping". If you want to strengthen your kidney function, practice jumping. Children love to dance, because children are born with kidney qi, and when they meet happy things, they can't help dancing. How many old people do you think can jump? It's because of deficiency of kidney qi.
How to exercise if kidney qi is insufficient? Don't practice jumping directly, or your body will wear out even more. Then make up the deficiency first, and make up the kidney first. How to make up? Squat down first, get ready, this is the beginning, and then jump out with a stiff waist (jumping action is not completed at once, but there is a preparatory action for squatting first). Therefore, squatting is also a part of jumping, which is a good way to supplement kidney deficiency.
Squatting can tonify the kidney, and jumping can strengthen the kidney. In fact, squatting and jumping are an integral action. If everyone wants to exercise and is weak, make up first; If your body is solid, you can continue to be strong.
The athletic talent of the heart is to love to climb. If you are strong, you will climb, whether you like to climb stairs or in other ways. People in "But if you walk three hundred miles, you will broaden your horizons on the next floor" think that after climbing, your heart will be wider, your vision will be longer and your heart will be more fulfilling. However, some people are afraid of climbing mountains. They were out of breath after only a few steps. They can't stand it in their hearts, and their emotions are insufficient. Such friends should adjust their emotions before exercising. Don't climb a mountain because your heart is weak, it will do more harm to your heart.
How to nurse? There are many acupoints for conditioning the heart, such as rubbing Laogong on the palm of your hand and then moving one or two centimeters to the side. There is an acupoint called Shaofu on the little finger side next to the palm of your hand. Knead Laogong point and then Shaofu point.
Pay attention to breathing when adjusting your heart. You can adjust your heart by sitting and breathing evenly. There is another way-point to the Tang Yin point in the middle, close your eyes, and then push it up to the hairline, which is also a good way to adjust your heart.
Cultivate your mind first, and then climb a little slope, you can climb higher and stronger.
Others said: "The spleen is so restless, how to exercise?" ? Is sitting also an exercise method? "In fact, both movement and static are exercise methods, which can be static, that is, one yin and one yang, and one relaxation. This is the way of civil and military affairs, and the light is not static for a long time; Light is still, and it is easy to get stuck.
Although you sit still, the qi and blood in your body are moving, which is also a way of moving.
In fact, sitting is a good exercise in itself. There is a way to keep fit called meditation-sit down, either kneeling or sitting cross-legged.
Nowadays, most people usually sit in chairs, put their feet on the ground or cross their legs. These two sitting postures are actually the most tiring methods-if you sit in front of the computer like this for a day, you will find your feet swollen when you go home (the feet are controlled downwards, and the blood will spread to the limbs, indicating that the viscera can't keep close contact with the qi and blood of the limbs, leading to long-term ischemia of the limbs), so try to avoid it.
Therefore, when sitting, you can choose two methods: one is to sit with your legs on the board. If you can't sit with your legs on a plate, a single plate will do. As long as you sit with your legs on the plate, it is a good exercise for your health; Second, kneel down. In fact, the ancients knelt down and sat on the floor, not kneeling. For example, when you play computer and watch mobile phone at home, you can kneel on the sofa and chair. This method is a good exercise-exercise the spleen and keep fit.
Sitting cross-legged and kneeling, so that the distance between the legs and the trunk is close, the blood can be supplied adequately, and it is not harmful to the body. This is an exercise in silence. In fact, this sport is very advanced. Your body supplies blood to your limbs without moving. Isn't this a good exercise method?
The best exercise method is not to move too much, and the body is nourished.
Also, walking is best for the pericardium. People with poor cardiovascular system and problems are not suitable for running, walking and jumping at first ... they are suitable for walking. When walking is comfortable, choose other ways to exercise. Step up your exercise bit by bit, don't do it all at once.
By examining the function of the body through the five internal organs, we can know where the strong and weak parts are. If the injury is more than enough, make up for it, make up the excess energy to the insufficient place, and let the body reach a peaceful state.
So as long as you know the advantages and disadvantages of the five internal organs and where their respective functions are, you can debug them at any time through exercise. Remember, going too far is not enough-don't go too far. At the beginning, it doesn't matter if you do less, don't do more. "Tired is not long" is a saying in martial arts. It means that if you are tired, you will not grow up. So you can't practice fatigue (excessive wear and tear).
Knowing this, you will know the sports talent of the five zang-organs, and you can exercise which corresponding project, supplement and enhance which function of the five zang-organs according to your actual situation, and then step by step.
3. Walking is divided into fast walking and slow walking, which is an exercise for liver meridian; Walking slowly is the exercise of pericardium sutra.
Someone asked, "The liver is good, so is the pericardium. What is the difference between the two? "
As long as you look at the meridian diagram, you will know that the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin and pericardium meridian of Hand Jueyin are actually one meridian. However, the liver meridian is energetic and good; The pericardium meridian has less kinetic energy than the liver meridian, so it is necessary to evacuate energy to the five internal organs. It is the most tired organ, and you can't be tired any more.
The liver is good at walking fast, but if you walk fast, the pericardium will be too heavy. For it, walking slowly can play a mediating role. If you have cardiovascular disease and a bad heart, don't walk too fast.
Walking fast is an exercise for the liver meridian; Walking slowly is the exercise of pericardium sutra. When walking slowly, I feel nothing in my legs. Walking is a kind of mood, the power of mood is equal to the power of qi, and the intention is not hard; It's different when you leave. When walking fast, you use the strength of your hamstring, so your legs will ache after walking. Therefore, walking slowly and walking quickly are completely different ways to practice liver.
There is so much blood in the human body. One is dirty, the other is dirty. Which exercise method suits you? If you feel comfortable after practicing and can increase your physical strength, then practice more and practice another zang-fu exercise.
All exercise methods are good, as long as they suit you and your internal organs like them, it is the best method.
