? 3. Rules for entering the interview session

? During the interview, the professional skills test includes practical operation, case defense and so on. , mainly testing candidates' professional operation level and professional practice ability. The scores of all interview methods are 100, the time for professional skills test is generally not less than 15 minutes, and the time for structured interview is not less than 10 minutes.

? The interview organization shall be carried out according to the Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing (No.2016] 281). Those who fail to attend the interview at the designated place according to the specified time will be disqualified from the interview. Candidates' interview scores (including comprehensive interview and professional skills test scores) do not reach 60 points, and the competent department shall, jointly with the transferring unit, study and determine whether to enter the physical examination and report to the municipal comprehensive personnel management department for the record. Among them, the actual number of people who participated in the interview is less than 3: 1, or the proportion of candidates who took the exam can not meet the demand level, and the interview scores of candidates in any subject did not reach 75 points, so they may not be determined as candidates for medical examination.

? Six, physical examination and inspection

? Matters related to physical examination and inspection shall be announced by the competent department of the selection unit on the spot after the interview, or on the website of the selection unit or its competent department, and candidates should pay attention to it in time.

? (1) Physical examination

? The candidates for physical examination are determined according to the number of positions selected and the total test scores of candidates (two decimal places are reserved) 1: 1. ? Eight. Work probation, employment and treatment

A probation period of no more than 3 months can be set for the personnel to be hired. During the probation period, the personnel relationship of the probation personnel remains in the original unit, and the treatment remains unchanged.
