3. Registration requirements

4. Qualification examination

Fourth, written test and interview

1, written test

Among those who pass the written test, the candidates who enter the interview are determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 3. Candidates for doctoral candidates are exempt from written examination and are not included in the proportion base of interview candidates.

As a condition for entering the interview, the written test score is not included in the total admission score. The interview was conducted in a structured way. The interview mainly tests the candidates' language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability and practical problem-solving ability, with a full score of 100 and a score of 60 or above. After the interview, the candidates to be hired are determined from high to low: 1: 1. Postgraduates and doctoral students with the same interview results have the highest academic qualifications, and those with the same academic qualifications and interview results have the highest written test results.

Employment and treatment of intransitive verbs

Initial employment period 1 year (including a probation period of two months, and the salary for the probation period is 80% of the basic salary). After the probation period expires, those who fail the examination will be disqualified. After the expiration of the employment period, those who pass the examination can be renewed.
