Jiulongshan Tourist Resort is located at the eastern end of the ancient city of Zhapu in pinghu city, Zhejiang Province, that is, at the exit of Hangzhou Bay, to the east of "Oriental Dagang" in Zhapu, with the sea in the south and the plain in the north. The largest bathing beach in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai has been built in Dongshawan, east of Jiulong Mountain Scenic Area. The bathing beach is backed by green hills, surrounded by mountains in the south and crescent-shaped on three sides. The total length of the beach is1.500m, and the sand is solid and clean. Historically known as "iron plate sand", it has a bathing area of more than 500,000 square meters and can accommodate more than 20,000 tourists at the same time. At the southern end of the bathing beach, there are Guitou Mountain enjoying the scenery of mountains and seas and Waipu Mountain separated by a gorge. The vegetation on the mountain is dominated by black pine forest and Pinus massoniana, among which Liquidambar formosana, Ginkgo biloba and Cinnamomum camphora rank, as well as Cooper and Cinnamomum camphora in Qing Dynasty and the former site of Zhongputuo Courtyard.
