What nutrients do plants need for growth?
Nutrient elements required for normal growth and development of plants are divided into essential elements and beneficial elements, and essential elements are divided into macroelements and microelements.

1. Essential elements refer to plant nutrient elements that are necessary for the normal growth and development of plants and cannot be replaced by other elements. According to the needs of plants, essential elements are divided into essential macro elements and essential trace elements.

2. The essential macroelements are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, magnesium, calcium and silicon;

3. The essential trace elements are iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, molybdenum, chlorine, sodium and nickel.

First of all, five conditions for plant growth.

1, lighting

Light is one of the most indispensable conditions for plant growth. Generally, plants need scattered light to maintain normal life activities, promote photosynthesis, accelerate the synthesis of chlorophyll in chloroplasts, and give appropriate illumination time to ensure the full growth of plant leaves.

Water is an indispensable condition for maintaining plant growth. 3. Temperature

At low temperature, the leaves of plants will be frostbitten, resulting in withering, rot and necrosis.

4. Air

Air is one of the indispensable conditions for plant growth, which contains a lot of gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. It is a necessary substance for photosynthesis and respiration of plants. Humid air environment is usually conducive to the growth and development of plants.

5, all kinds of minerals

Soil will contain a lot of minerals and trace elements, which can provide sufficient nutrients for the growth of plants. When the plant stems grow, the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus can accelerate the growth, and when the plant leaves grow, the absorption of potassium can ensure that the leaves grow more vigorously.
